Love the Moxy!

The location and atmosphere! Wonderful location and close to everything. The hotel has a fun vibe!

Pros:

For the price the hotel didn’t offer anything. The staff was wonderful- 5 stars! The bathrooms didn’t even have body wash, there were no amenities. For the cost I want the option to order room service. I’ve stayed at hotels less than half the cost that supply bathrobes, lotions, room service, with far more comfortable beds. I’ll never stay at a Moxy again. So disappointed.

Cons:

No amenities. I have no idea why the rooms cost so much, not worth it.

No breakfast from the hotel. Also, I was not aware of the valet parking fee.

The valet service was a separate company working with the hotel they scratched my car and have had to jump through hoops to get ahold of them and still no actions have been taken

Horrible incompetent management and staff
Pros:

Absolutely Terrible. The staff is extremely incompetent. When they messed up my bill, I called the following weekday and told them they messed it up and said they’re incompetent. And Brittany Pinter | General Manager had the audacity to call me racist!!! How can someone be racist over the phone. How does incompetent mean racist! Never in my life have I been treated this way. She said I was not welcome back. The customer service is terrible, the place is noisy, the staff is incompetent and management is way off base. I feel I actually was discriminated against. This won’t be the last they hear from me.
