Un véritable havre de paix
Pros:

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour. Le cadre est absolument sublime: le château, la nature environnante, l’eau et cette atmosphère incroyablement paisible donnent vraiment l’impression d’être hors du temps.

Les chambres se trouvent dans un bâtiment annexe, mais cela ne m’a absolument pas dérangée. Ma chambre était joliment rénovée, confortable et pleine de charme. Et surtout, quel bonheur de se réveiller avec une vue magnifique sur le château, un spectacle sublime dès le matin. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours attentif et disponible. J’ai également adoré le dîner et le petit-déjeuner. La qualité de la cuisine est pour moi un élément important, et j’ai été agréablement surprise. Les repas étaient délicieux, raffinés et préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Une très belle découverte culinaire qui a vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié cette ambiance calme et reposante, loin de l’agitation. Tout invite à prendre son temps, profiter de la nature et simplement se laisser porter par la beauté du lieu. Une très belle découverte, j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Terribly disappointing!

The pictures on the booking.com related to this premise are very misleading and do not accurately represent the hotel. While there is indeed a castle, the hotel itself is located outside the castle, and you have to walk some minutes to reach it. The hotel rooms are housed in a series of quite old small wooden buildings and, in my opinion, would barely qualify as one or two-star accommodation. Without the misleading pictures of the castle, expectations would have been very different. So the pictures of the castle are 100% not representing where you are going to stay! It's only about the castle, which only available to just "visit" during the day, and nothing to do with the actual place you are going to stay!

The worst part was the restaurant. Since there are absolutely no other shops, buildings, or restaurants nearby, the hotel charges an astonishing ~800 SEK per person for dinner at the time we visit!!!! There are no alternative dining options whatsoever, so we had to choose between paying around 1,600 SEK for dinner or going hungry. The only other option was to buy chips and fruit from reception, which were also extremely overpriced.

Fantastiskt läge och underbar personal
Pros:

Fantastiska omgivningar och läge, vackert slott o roligt att slottet var helt öppet att både se och använda. Underbar personal och trevligt o bekvämt boende. Fantastisk mat o service. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons:

Det fanns ingen ramp eller hiss för att ta sig in i slottet. Men väl där inne så kunde man ta hiss upp till de andra våningarna.
