Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel, we would love to come back one day.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings, immaculate gardens.

Cons:

The noise from some creatures in the middle of the night but this is not the hotels fault!

Stunning Resort-you would not think ypu were in a city
Pros:

Such a beautiful resort with lovely staff

Cons:

The only slight negative is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol and there are no bars or restaurants close by. They allow you to bring your own beer but it would have been nice not to have to leave to enjoy one or 2 drinks by the pool.

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly, pool was right there available for all customers, overall nice location and room were clean (even though a bit old fashioned)

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo, un oasis a pocos pasos de la ciudad antigua, por lo que la ubicación es excelente. La piscina es bonita y las hamacas dentro del agua muy agradables. Excelente desayuno, muy variado y si hay algo que no tienen lo buscan para el día siguiente (p.ej. yogur natural). Camas muy cómodas, habitaciones amplias con agradable terraza y buenos amenities. Shuttle gratuito del/al aeropuerto y al mercado nocturno. Tienen buenos detalles como minibar gratuito y fruta y dulces gratis de 1 a 3 en la piscina.

Cons:

Es un hotel familiar. Los niños con los que coincidimos eran particularmente ruidosos. Nada grave.

Pros:

Location is ok. Activities have moved to the Nimman area and hotel is a short ride away. It is an oasis, peaceful.

Cons:

I thought the bfast was so so. Somehow, maybe because it is surge pricing, paid about usd220 for the ground floor deluxe. I then realised at chiangmai, there are many options. This pricing is for the Intercons etc. Stay only when pricing is affordable/much lower!

Pros:

Tout était super : l’hôtel est magnifique, l’extérieur est bien soigné, effet « paradisiaque » piscine au top (bien que au milieu de tout donc il faut juste accepter ça), le personnel parfait, la chambre très confortable et spacieuse, le petit dej très bon.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas très bien isolée du bruit, le soir ou matin on était tout de même réveillés par les bruits des clients ou du personnel.

J’ai tout aimé 😍!
Personnel sympathique, attentionné, souriant.
Hôtel propre, confortable, bien équipé… peignoir, tongs et chaussons à disposition ainsi que des serviettes pour la piscine… parapluie en cas de pluie… petit balcon agréable pour bouquiner ou boire un verre tranquille.
Chambre spacieuse.
Peux faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, à côté du marché du samedi soir.
Petit déjeuner top, piscine immense, Aéroport à 10 minutes en navette (gratuite). Animations pour les enfants (ou grands) le matin, café fruits gâteaux offerts en début d’après-midi.

The info on Booking reservation page is misleading: we made a reservation of a room appropriate for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children). Later we were notified that we have to pay for the 4th bed as the youngest 10-year old child is supposed to sleep in the bed with parents.

El mejor hotel de Tailandia
Pros:

Todo. Las habitaciones son increíbles, limpias, grandes y con un balcón con vistas a su piscina y preciosas instalaciones. Las instalaciones son increíbles, pero el personal del hotel es mejor todavía! Son muy amables, todo el tiempo se preocupan por tu comodidad. Tienen actividades en el hotel y servicio de traslado a mercados y aeropuerto. El mejor hotel sin duda!
