Bellissimo hotel in stile lanna, personale gentilissimo, navetta aeroportuole inclusa, ci hanno pure fatto fare check in anticipato. La stanza bella comoda con tutto l'occorrente.

Cons:

L'hotel ospita molte famiglie, i bambini possono essere molto rumorosi. La sala per la colazione aveva un forte odore di aglio.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Fantastic breakfast with a wide selection of foods including a roti and omelette station. Kids loved the clean pool and afternoon cake and necklace making. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Washing clothes cost was very high.

Relaxing stay in great location.
Pros:

The pool and gardens were lovely. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Old town was easy to get to from the hotel. A lovely park was nearby with lots of interesting fish in the pond.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated.

We highly recommend this beautiful location with wonderful staff and services.
Pros:

This was an amazing place to stay! The property feels like a beautiful oasis just off a city road. It’s quiet and peaceful with so much greenery. Our kids loved the Koi ponds and access to feed the fish regularly. The pool is beautiful and so refreshing to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is amazing! So many choices of food, both western and Thai. We filled up each morning and didn’t even need lunch on most days. The kindness and service of the staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and quick to help meet needs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Cons:

We tried the room service one night and didn’t like the food from it very much. That was the only downside we encountered during our stay, and we felt it was minor.
