Pros:

El alojamiento en general esta muy bien, el staff un 10 y la parte exterior esta muy bien cuidada, el desayuno esta bien y hay variedad.
También tienen un transfer gratuito al aeropuerto

Cons:

En cuanto a la habitación esta muy limpia, pero huele muchisimo a humedad y hay mucha humedad, las sabanas estaban mojadas y a pesar de haber un deshumidificador en la habitación el olor era insoportable. Se nota que el hotel tiene unos años la habitación esta anticuada.
El gym es totalmente obsoleto. Hay unas cintas de correr alguna maquina vieja y 4 pesas contadas en un espacio reducido

We didn’t want to leave!! We felt like we were at home!
They were so thoughtful and helped organise an AMAZING surprise for my fiancé.

Prachtig verblijf!
Pros:

Een prachtig kleinschaliger hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel is gelegen op een uitstekende locatie vlakbij het oude centrum van Chiang Mai. Smile Lanna geeft je écht het gevoel in de mooie, frisgroene natuur van het noorden van Thailand te zitten in een oase van rust. Er is zelfs gratis luchthavenvervoer heen en terug.
De in Lanna-stijl ingerichte kamer was mooi en ruim en voorzien van alle comfort.
We hebben echt enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier in Chiang Mai. Dit hotel en de lieve, vriendelijke en professionele mensen die er werken hebben mee onze vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

Nos encantó el alojamiento. El hotel era precioso, la piscina era increíble y la habitación muy espaciosa. Estuvimos 3 días en Chiang Mai y la estancia fue perfecta. El personal super amable. Tienes servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y a los mercados de forma gratuita. El desayuno espectacular.

기본 부페식에 커피와 로띠, 오믈렛 등 직접 해주세요.
망고철이 아닌데 스티키망고라이스가 나와서 맛있게 먹었어요.
수영장에서 시원하게 수영하고 바에서 피자나 땡모반 시켜먹었는데 가격은 크게 비싸지 않고 맛있어요.
해피 아워도 과일이랑 쿠키, 커피가 나와 알차고요.
무엇보다 올타 바로 밖에 있어 올타까지 도보 1분 컷이고, 바로 옆에 무에타이, 현지 맛집 식당이 있어서
관광지 같지 않아 좋았어요. 친절하고 쾌적하고 모두 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 100 %

Super accommodatie, locatie en heel fijn zwembad
Pros:

Ik vermoed het enige resort in de omgeving met mooie tuin, zwembad en kleinschalig op een toplocatie waarbij alle faciliteiten aanwezig waren. Goed ontbijtbuffet en - restaurant. Wij hebben er een week gezegen en voor de rest alleen maar saaie hoge hotel kolossen gezien in de omgeving. Smile Lanna is een pareltje in Chiang Mai, zo zou het overal wel mogen zijn!

Great hotel we are recommending
Pros:

We liked the service of the staff, the room was big, comfortable and functional
We celebrated our honeymoon so we had a nice welcome gifts - really wonderful

The coffee was delicious and the service to the markets is absolutely fantastic

Cons:

The location is pretty far from the main Chaing mai attraction, also as vegetation the food variety on the morning breakfast was not good (almost every dish have chicken/ pork inside)
