Pros:

Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko centrum, dzięki czemu większość atrakcji można było bez problemu zwiedzać spacerem.

Sam hotel oraz pokój zrobiły na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Wszystko było estetyczne, nowoczesne i zadbane, a wnętrza prezentowały się naprawdę przyjemnie.

Cons:

Najbardziej rozczarowało mnie śniadanie, które według opisu miało być dużym atutem hotelu. W rzeczywistości wybór był bardzo ubogi i gdybym wiedziała wcześniej, zdecydowanie wolałabym zjeść śniadanie na mieście. Dodatkowo śniadania są serwowane w innym budynku oddalonym o dwie kamienice, co jest mało wygodne, szczególnie rano.
Dużym minusem było również łóżko składające się z dwóch osobnych materacy, które w nocy się rozsuwały i powodowały dyskomfort podczas snu.
Na minus oceniam także telewizor, był to starszy model bez dostępu do Internetu i funkcji smart TV, co w dzisiejszych czasach jest już raczej standardem w hotelach.

Leuke kamer, wel een vreemde geur die ik niet kon thuisbrengen

Cons:

Receptie personeel. Problemen met boekingen gehad, personeel was weinig behulpzaam om mee na te denken naar mogelijke oplossingen. Weinig tot geen empathisch vermogen, vooral door de man aan de receptie. Heel jammer, had er meer van verwacht, zeker gezien de positieve recensies.

Чудовий готель, розташований в пішій доступності до всіх визначних місць 🫶 Дуже сподобався ввічлий персонал, а в номері було все потрібне для комфортного перебування.Обов’язково повернуся ще раз і буду рекомендувати іншим!
