Consistently praised across reviews: 'muy limpia', 'très très propre', 'La limpieza excelente', 'hotel muy limpio y nuevo' — rooms and common areas reported very clean.
Service
7.9
Mixed sentiment: multiple comments praise amable/helpful staff, but there are serious negatives (one guest reports being refused accommodation for racist reasons), phone not answered on arrival and some indifferent reception/slow check‑out incidents — lowers overall score.
Location

Generally seen as a strong point: 'perfect', 'buena ubicación', 'zona céntrica' — a few mentions that it's a short walk from the centre or not ideally close to a specific work location.
Room Quality

Rooms described as comfortable and well sized, with very comfortable beds and soft towels; some mentions of older bathrooms and an occasional uncomfortable bed for one reviewer.
Amenities
8.3
Good amenities noted (garage/parking available, underground parking option, freebies/goodies, internet good), but some negatives: paid parking, blue‑zone street parking nearby, cafeteria bar reported somewhat dirty and minor missing small extras.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers highlight very good value and price/quality ratio; one comment notes 'four stars justito' but overall value perception is strong.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast frequently praised ('excellent', varied, high quality), though there are operational complaints about cafeteria opening times, occasional inattentive breakfast service and a dirty bar mention.
Overall Experience
8.8
Majority of reviews describe a very positive stay ('Una estancia para recordar', 'Coming home', 'I really enjoyed my stay') tempered by operational/service issues and one severe negative incident that affects overall perception.

AirPods desaparecen de habitación
Cons:
