The hotel was buzzing great atmosphere great food nice comfortable rooms
The price for the room was a bit much especially with no breakfast
Plenty on site parking, very comfortable bed and great breakfast big selection too free tea and coffee for residents
Dated and tired decor throughout dark and depressing atmosphere of browns and blacks
No ambient lighting in the room so full roof lights or nothing made settling down for night difficult
Bare floors throughout resulted in scrapping of chairs above and below going on for hours disturbing sleep
Very crowded noisy bar area had to shout to staff like being in a disco trying to order food
Was advised on arrival bar served food from 5:30 when went to order at 8:15 was told kitchen closed no food
Nothing else around the area offering food
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room have to ring reception to order which is inconvenient when you fancy a cup first thing or in middle of night which I often do
Crisps and water in room no replacement for that - an odd set up
The tea and coffee is free throughout the establishment for guests - this isn’t clear on the notice telling you to ring so I assumed I was being charged for each cup a kettle in the room a much better option for guests
Staff generally seemed disinterested in residents very clear the focus on bar and function goers
Woken at 11:30 with someone trying to get into my room shouting up an down the corridor banging on and trying the doors access to rooms not controlled in anyway poor security so bar guests can wonder the hotels corridors

Location was perfect we had a party at the hotel cousins 60 th room was perfect and food was lovely x
Staff were very helpful.
Because we booked through Booking.com we had to pay for breakfast even though it stated on the hotel’s website that breakfast was complimentary. We paid the same amount plus the extra for breakfast which made our stay more expensive than expected. This also made our breakfast experience uncomfortable.
Location is good
Access corridors to rooms very Dark , no workspace in the room . Could not leave a do not disturb sign on door to avoid cleaner in my room , even though I had just slept in the room . Give customers choice please
Always friendly welcome. Reception team are brilliant. Rooms clean comfortable with complimentary water and crisps in the room. It’s my go to when working in Belfast. Food excellent in bar too.

No coffee /tea machine in room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.
Perfect location
Convenient location for the purpose of our visit.
Although the bar area was extremely large, it was very very busy and practically impossible to get a table to sit and have a drink. Even worse when we came back around 10.30 pm.
