It was overpriced for a lousy service, but the room was large and comfortable.
Pros:

I like that it was near Disneyland. The breakfast was tolerable even if we can hardly get a space to eat because the restaurant was so tiny for the amount of guests they have. It was easy to take our dog in and out to relieve himself.

Cons:

The customer service was lousy. They do not clean the rooms daily so we have to request for a fresh set of towels. Not only that we have to pick up the fresh towels from the front desk ourselves, but we also have to take the soiled towels in exchange for the fresh ones. It was awful for the amount of money we paid them. The pet fees was also exorbitant for a 2 night stay ($100). Also, when we checked out, the front desk staff charged us for 3 nights stay and 3 nights parking fees. Good thing we asked for the invoice and I caught the mistake right away and have it corrected. He corrected the nights of stay but he still charged me for a 3 night parking fees.

Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to the Grove and Angel Stadium.

Cons:

Looks like the place was recently remodel. Clean, well taken care of, and staff was very helpful.

Pros:

Right across the street from The Grove of Anaheim, which we go to, to see concerts. 5 minute walk. Do not have to drive there, or pay to park. Great breakfast too!

It was great!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel to go to the Angels game. Is was an easy walk and the staff made sure we knew the safest way. The hotel is being renovated but they didn’t bother us at all. I would stay here again

Para lo que buscaba, la ubicación e instalaciones fueron muy buenas, perfectas

Lamentablemente no pudimos tomar nuestro desayuno, llegamos 1 era tarde al horario. La ubicación para nuestro evento fue excelente, ademas de tener muchos sitios para comer justo al lado de TownePlace

Cons:

Como estaban reparando una parte del edificio, creo que por eso no tenia numeración frente a la puerta, pero esto es momentáneo. Quizá pueda ayudar poner sombrilla en la banqueta frente a sus edificios para el sol o la lluvia,mienstras bajas las maletas...
