The room was small with no view. Our pillows smelled of sweat, we had to call for new pillows. The pillows are not covered with washable pillow protector, it was the pillow then pillowcase. Our car smelled of Marijuana after the valet driver brought the car to us. The pool are is very small
Loved the suite, very comfortable. Really enjoyed the pool area with our kids and the location was perfect to get to Disney and lots of great food and shopping👍
Some kind of continental breakfast would be nice.
Small hotel, formerly a Shell Timeshare, now part of Wyndham Timeshare. About a 25 minute walk to Disneyland Resort, past several restaurants and GardenWalk. Very comfortable pillow top bed. Bathtub is shallow. Kitchenette has a mini-fridge that keeps everything very cold. No balcony. Valet parking is $25 plus taxes daily. You can get that refunded if you go to the Timeshare sales pitch, but it is brutal.
They damaged my rental car while it was in their valet’s possession and took zero ownership.
We stayed at the Peacock Suites through a timeshare. While the location is convenient and the front desk staff was friendly, that doesn’t make up for what happened.
Valet is mandatory (around $30/night). On Monday morning, when our car was brought up, it was visibly damaged — after being in their care. We reported it immediately and filed a claim, but instead of any empathy, the valet driver immediately deflected and said this “usually happens” and suggested it must have already been damaged from the airport. Completely dismissive.
We stayed through Friday and followed up every single day. Each time we were told someone would review cameras and get back to us — no one ever did. Not a single follow-up, not even a courtesy call. We left with no resolution and are now paying out of pocket.
Looking back, I regret not pushing to have the valet fees waived, considering the stress this caused during what was supposed to be a family trip.
After seeing how tightly they pack the cars (mirrors nearly touching), it’s not surprising damage happens. It feels careless and avoidable.
On top of that, the hotel itself feels outdated, and the pool area didn’t feel clean or inviting — we didn’t even use it.
Overall, the lack of accountability completely overshadowed anything positive. I would not recommend staying here.
Liked the spaciousness, amenities, and the decent distance to Disneyland (about a 20 minute walk).
It’s not very obvious from the descriptions that it’s a timeshare location. Read the reviews after booking. I just really hate the gimmicky sales pitches that these places have, but they do leave you alone if you strongly and politely decline them. Valet parking felt very inconvenient but still a nice option to have.
Friendly staff, very nice room. Short walking distance to Disney Park facilities. Hotel very well maintained and presented.
Everything was good. Even though it was a short 20min walk to Disney land shuttle bus parking lot, after walking all day at Disney it would’ve been nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus to pick us up from parking lot to bring us back to hotel.
Very clean and spacious. Great amenities!
They didn't have enough trashcans in the room. They do not do mid-stay housekeeping. But these aren't too bad to deal with. Also, paid parking was not great but again, not deal breaker.
Location to Disney and restaurants
They kept trying to charge my credit card for unknown reasons. Front desk said it was due to issue with appropriating funds from B.com to their in house accounting. But very stressful for me. Retired on limited fixed income. Hopefully they get this fixed for future guests.
Nothing
the location was horrible, the staff was unfriendly, and the rooms were small and dirty, there were black shoe prints on the ceiling. Did not like how it was only valet and we couldn’t keep our keys so to get Items from the car was a hassle to do.
Good shuttle to Disney
No breakfast or housekeeping
Friendly staff, clean
Parking
Everyone was friendly, place was super clean, they gave us a welcome gift
