Not very good
Pros:

Indeed, the hotel needs a refresh. My room wasn't in the best condition, quite old and not very clean. Good breakfast located on the 7th floor. Nice location in the city centre, near metro starion

Okay Stay
Pros:

Hotel needs a refresh. Our suite had a patio, but was in need of a deep clean. Mols in shower grout and stained curtains. Excellent service by staff at front desk and at breakfast. Good breakfast with nice option for dining on outdoor patio.

A clean, quiet, very nice hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, quite quiet, the breakfast was small but sufficient and of good quality, the breakfast staff were extremely polite, courteous and friendly, and most of the reception staff were also friendly and very nice. If I come to Vienna again, I will choose this place again.

Pros:

I was slightly disappointed by this stay to be honest. Don’t get me wrong the bed was comfy. A/C was good. However on morning 1 there was children running up and down our landing screaming and making an absolute racket. I phoned reception to complain about this and see if they would do anything to stop it, I was met with I can locate the room with the kids but I can’t stop them playing or doing anything because they’re kids?. Sorry? I’ve never been in a hotel where it’s acceptable for children to be screaming their way up and down a hallway early in the morning. Then upon checkout I had one small bottle of water from our mini fridge which they attempted to charge me 6 euros for which is insane, I showed my disgust to this and they never ended up charging me but I was again shocked!

تعرضت لموقف عند المغادرة من مدير الاستقبال لم يكن مهني بالشكل المطلوب.
Pros:

افطار شهي وتنوع ممتاز ومكان نظيف والعاملين في بوفيه الافطار جدا متعاونين وبشوشين وخدومين.

Cons:

لا يوجد نظام تدفئة في غرف الفندق.
نظام نظافة الغرف مشروط و لم يكن مرضي.
الفندق بشكل عام نظيف ومرضي يميل للبساطة اكثر.

המיקום , הניקיון , מיזוג טוב ( אם כי רועש ) השרות בחדר האוכל .

Cons:

המיטה קצת לא נוחה , עמוד גדול ליד המיטה די מפריע , אין מספיק מקומות איחסון נגישים , הכספת ממוקמת במקום נמוך מאוד וקשה להגעה.
דלפק הקבלה לא העביר את בקשתי פעמיים לקבלת זיכוי ארוחת הבוקר ביום האחרון..
