The room is not comfortable at all, one chair per table when there are two of us, a very hard sofa and the sides instead of being comfortable to sit on cause you pain and prickles. Like a piece of wood sticking out of me instead of being comfortable to rest your hand on. Leave things outside the fridge, on the table, it was obvious like all the hotels I have ever visited, of course it is free. Suddenly they charge for it. When I asked from the beginning for my room facing the street, I was not told that the units I asked for did not face the road. This is cheating. Another thing is that I asked for a late check-out at 2:00 PM, and this was my demand from the beginning, nowhere did they write that it was an additional charge. They charged me for it. There is nothing to do at the hotel except sleep, there is not even a place to sit. What else about getting from the airport to the hotel, it is a lie that it is free, they do not even arrive at all, and they are not willing to give a refund for it. Don't trust Booking.com and don't trust this hotel, both are unreliable.

Our best choice for visiting Vienna
Pros:

Exceptional location besides the U-bahn station on the famous shopping street. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Always a pleasant stay.

Cons:

We are loyal guests since over 15 years, and notice the need for some maintenance, especially the AC in some rooms that aren’t up to Vienna’s warmest summer. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Pros:

Outstanding breakfast/brunch with hot and cold choices. Wonderful front desk staff, very pleasant, helpful and informative. Love option of getting drink in fridge if didn't need housekeeping services. Also was nice to have fresh fruit and small sweets in lobby. Decent location to walk to most main sites. Loved occasional musicians playing in streets nearby.

Cons:

occasional homeless people sleeping in street or in store opening after hours.

De liggen is perfect en het ontbijt was goed en vriendelijke bediening. Op zich een goed hotel en daarom komen we er graag.

Cons:

De kamer was proper maar je zag veel sporen van veroudering, schade aan gordijnen, waren vuil en hingen los. Strepen op de vloer, schade aan de muren en verouderde toilet. Een groot verschil tegenover 2 jaar geleden.
