The staff, the treats, the location, and the comfort of the room were all excellent. Everything was top-notch. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, the location was very convenient, and the room was extremely comfortable, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

Cons:

I made a online checkin and I chose a room on 5th floor with a view. When I arrived I was handed a key from a room on 2nd floor facing inside the yard. It was explained to me, that the elevator is not working, so this is a mega upgrade to a family room. Ok, I took it. Room was ok, bed uncomfortable and at 6 a.m. I was woken up by the works in the building. First with a hammer banging into something, then from 7 a.m. with a drill. Not a great stay at all... :(

Das Hotel ist super, aber durch den Baustellenlärm für Urlaub ungeeignet.
Cons:

Ab 7 Uhr in der Früh gab es jeden Tag starken Baustellenlärm. Wir konnten keinen einzigen Tag ausschlafen!
