Good.
Pros:

Located at the main shopping street, near subway. Professional friendly staff. Good breakfast. There was construction/renovation noise from a neighboring shop. But the hotel management took utmost measures to handle this.

Location is great, but the hotel not so much
Pros:

Christina at check-in & Isabelle were awesome and very helpful

Cons:

My room was very noisy and every morning I was disturbed by noises from outside the window. Should be properly noise proof. My room was 301. Bed was not properly made. There was nothing Premier about my room. Large room & less furniture.

Pros:

The kitchenette is not functional. No kitchenware. Only a few plates and glasses. So not much use to have it.

Leider nicht NH Collection Niveau
Pros:

Das Personal war überall (Rezeption und Frühstück) sehr nett. Die Lage ist toll, die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer in den Innenhof war sehr ruhig und man konnte das Fenster öffnen. Garage unter dem Hotel ist auch toll. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir bekamen ein „Upgrade“ auf ein Appartement, was sich leider (bis auf die Zimmergröße) nicht als gut herausstellte: fleckige Vorhänge, zerkratzter Boden und (am schlimmsten!): viele Silberfischchen im Bad. Da wir diese erst sahen als wir spät nachts ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir das Zimmer nicht mehr getauscht. Auch die Küchenzeile (hinter einem hochschiebbaren Rollo) war verdreckt.
Da wären wir lieber bei einem kleineren Zimmer geblieben…
Sehr schade und nicht dem Niveau eines NH Collection Hotels entsprechend (wir haben bereits in mehreren übernachtet und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden).
Beim Auschecken habe ich das alles gesagt, es kam zwar ein „oh, das ist nicht schön“, aber das war’s dann auch… ist leider keine Kundenbindung. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Unsere beiden Zimmer lagen im 2. OG mit Blick auf ein Dach/Innenhof. Neben Festverglasung gab es auch Fenster, die sich komplett öffnen ließen. Von der Fussgaengerzone hat man nichts gehoert.

Generell war es eher ruhig in unseren Zimmern.

Die Groesse unserer Zimmer war einzigartig.
Neben dem Bett hatten wir noch eine (Auszieh-) Couch und einen Schreibtisch mit Drehsessel. Der Kleiderschrank (mit Beleuchtung und Schubladenelementen) und ein Regal mit Tuer und Safe einem weiteren Regalelement mit Minibar, Wasseekocher und Nespresso-Maschine gab es ebenfalls.
Jede Menge Stauraum im Zimmer.

Dafuer hätte ich mir im Bad etwas mehr gewünscht. Zu Zwei o..k. Aber wenn z.B. Kinder dabei wären, fehlen ein paar Aufhängmöglichkeiren im Bad.

Beim Doppelbett gab es zunächst nur eine grosse Decke.
Aber unserer Bitte nach einer zweiten Decke, wurde umgehend entsprochen.

Cons:

Fuer uns hat alles gepasst.
