not a pleasant experience, due to the atitude
Cons:

Unfortunately, even if we made the reservation several months ago, the hotel tried to give us a room downgrade. They charge us with the full amount according with our reservation, saying that they will reimburse some money later. Only after we asked for the reserved room we finally get it. Bad experience for no reason.

Pros:

Super Lage, direkt in der Mariahilfer Straße mit der UBahn vor der Tür. Tolles Sustainability Programm. Sehr großzügige Zimmer.

Cons:

Auch wenn man sich entscheidet dass nicht täglich geputzt werden muss, wäre es schön wenn die Tassen und Wassergläser ab und an getauscht würden und kaffekapseln und Teebeutel gefüllt werden.

מלון נח ונקי במחיר טוב לתמורה. בהחלט אחזור
Pros:

מיקום מעולה צמוד לתחנת מטרו, על רחוב קניות ראשי, מקלחת טובה ונקיה, מיטה נוחה, חדר מרווח. אפשר לפתוח את החלונות.

Cons:

מי שמחפש מלון שיקי או חדש - זה לא המקום. החדר די מיושן. היו שיפוצים בבניין ולכן לא ניתן היה להגיע לארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת בקומה השביעית (אפשר לטפס רגלית במדרגות). אבל המלון היה הגיוני לגבי העניין והציע פתרון לשביעות רצוננו.

Nice hotel in nice location
Pros:

Perfect location in the city center. The hotel is located on Vienna’s most famous shopping street. You can walk to the Museum Quarter or take an underground to any other part of the city.

Room looked fresh and tidy, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast offers nice selection of meals and beverages. Special thanks for tea assortment!

Friendly staff. Housekeeping quickly brought iron and iron board on my request.

Cons:

There is a renovation in progress in the hotel.

Higher floors and restaurant are temporary not accessible by elevator.

Loud sounds of drill and hammer started at 7:00 AM, significantly disturbed sleep. Why not delay such noisy works for 2-3 hours?

Maybe it was a bad time to be here

Bathroom was not very clean at the start.
Main elevator was out of service and breakfast was at 7th floor. :)
Extreme power tools noise in the morning, very early - 07:30.
Pro:
Spacious room.
Extremely well positioned in the city.
Wonderful staff and very quick on completing demands.
Exceptional green environment strategy.
Very handy on-line portal for everything that you need.
Very good breakfast.
Nice terrace for breakfast.

Normally this should be a 5 star review for everything that they have there. But maybe we stayed there at the wrong moment - elevator, noise - and it is a rating for what we found then.

Sehr enttäuschend!!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt in der Mariahilfer Straße und 30 m von der U-Bahn Station war gut.

Cons:

Es musste bereits beim Check in die volle Summe bezahlt werden, noch bevor irgendeine Leistung erbracht wurde. Der Lift funktionierte nicht. Der Frühstücksraum lag jedoch in der 7. Etage. Die Wände waren sehr dünn, man konnte alles von draußen hören. Außerdem wurde im Hotel gearbeitet, der Bohrhammer lief von morgens bis abends.

The staff, the treats, the location, and the comfort of the room were all excellent. Everything was top-notch. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, the location was very convenient, and the room was extremely comfortable, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.
