Pros:

The property did not have the Expedia reservation confirmed. According to the property, they did not confirm it with Expedia. They still helped us with accommodations, but not what I had in mind and had to pay for my own parking.

great location, beautiful hotel
Pros:

Casa Bonsai Hotel is conveniently located a block away from the plaza, and the nearby shops and restaurants.

The room is neat and tidy, with enough table top space and shelves.

The reception area offers a grand welcome with its hardwood floor.

Elsie made our check-in process smooth.

Señor Herman was very helpful in getting our car from the parking area (not owned by the hotel) when we checked out early in the morning.

No doubt, we highly recommend this hotel!
