Pros:

We stayed almost 2 weeks so we could really experience how it is for a long stay. We were very pleased with the room. Excellent quality bath room, comfortable beds, spacious, nice sized tv. Also the breakfast buffet was good, with a lot of choices. Location wise, we knew it was around 5 km from the city centre, but the price was so attractive we went for it. It proved also a great starting point for Nacka reserve area for hiking. There is a mall 1 minute away from the hotel, so groceries, coffee place and a few restaurants nearby. We never waited more than 10 minutes to take public transport, excellently organised by the government.

Cons:

Breakfast room always very crowded, so it looked the space (2 areas) was a bit cramped. As it is a family friendly hotel there were a lot of children during breakfast time, so noisy and spilled food on the floor are bit downsides. Perhaps they should have a double buffet in another part of the room instead of 1 place to get your cereals, bread, eggs etc. They had a 2nd place for coffee and tea though. Another thing with kids is they can get noisy as well in the bed rooms, so 1 day we had very loud neighbours. But these are minor things to be honest. Note that it is also dog friendly, so a bit less hygenic if you would ask me, but we accepted that.

Séjour inoubliable
Pros:

Tout, particulièrement le personnel aimable et souriant, on n’en avait pas vu depuis 3 ou 4 hôtels avant celui là.
L’hôtel était bien situé à 2mn de la station sickla , on était en ville en moins de 20mn et le soir on était au calme à l’hôtel pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil avec une literie tellement confortable qu’on n’avait plus envie de la quitter.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau, c’est l’excellent petit déjeuner aussi bon que varié. Franchement tout était au top.
La cuisine était tellement bonne qu’on dînait à l’hôtel en rentrant de nos journée touristiques. Les serveuses étaient adorables et professionnelles.

I was not informed in a timely manner about the additional charge of 300 SEK per night for an extra bed for my child. The way this information is presented is misleading. When booking a room for three guests, it is reasonable to expect that separate beds will be provided for all occupants. It is not customary to expect a child of up to 12 years old to share a bed with their parents, especially without this being made explicitly clear during the booking process. Had this information been communicated clearly at the time of booking, I could have made a more informed decision.
Dirty furniture in the room. Lost wrist with Air Tar. Someone took it from the room and it's new location is in Tumba ...

Bra rum och bra frukost.

Cons:

Dold avgift för extrasäng den ska man se vid bokningbutan att behöva klicka iväg.
Extrasängar var stenhård. 30pkr per natt
Trots att jag via personalen bokade och betalade en parkering fanns ingen ledig kostade oss totalt 645kr att parkera 2 nätter.
