The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
There is room for improvement at the cleaning service especially at the common - shared spaces.

The booking process was straightforward.
This reservation was later classified as a no-show, despite my physical arrival at the hotel under another reservation for the same dates.
During check-in, there was no clarification regarding the second booking and no proactive confirmation whether I intended to use both reservations. I was not informed that it would be marked as a no-show.
When I later contacted the hotel for clarification, the response was dismissive and firmly stated that the hotel’s handling was entirely correct, without acknowledging the lack of clarification at check-in. The tone suggested that the responsibility was placed entirely on the guest, rather than addressing the communication gap.
Additionally, different explanations were provided in direct communication compared to the wording used via Booking.com, which created further confusion.
This situation reflects a lack of transparency and guest-oriented communication.
The breakfast was good and offered a decent selection.
The room itself was standard and clean — nothing exceptional, but acceptable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing.
During check-in, important reservation details were not clarified, which later resulted in avoidable complications. There was no proactive communication and no effort to prevent misunderstandings.
In addition, the general attitude of the staff felt distant and unwelcoming. Throughout the stay, there was a noticeable lack of basic hospitality — simple gestures such as greeting guests were consistently absent. This created an atmosphere that felt cold rather than welcoming.
When concerns were raised, responses were slow and not solution-oriented. It felt unnecessarily difficult to resolve issues that should have been handled more efficiently.
Hospitality industry standards are built on communication, transparency, and guest-oriented service — unfortunately, these elements were not reflected in our experience.
While the room and breakfast met expectations, the service experience significantly lowered the overall impression of the hotel.
