Not even a 2 star hotel!!!
Pros:

On the ground floor they have a loud nightclub, that one can hear all night long up in the hotel room. Especially since above the room entrance door there was a window, without any glass!!! All the sound of the corridor was coming in!!!

The service is horrible, as they seem totally unmotivated to accommodate the slightest request. They provided only bath towels, and did not have any for the face! They provided no water bottles in the room, and the remote for the AC was brought to us, only after our request!

Although we had paid the hotel online, they insisted that we paid them in cash, cause they ... "did not want hotels.com to get in the middle"!!! Good thing that I insisted that their claim was ridiculous!!!

Then, they wanted me to pay 20$ for the kid staying extra, without providing an extra bed (there was plenty of space). Good thing I insisted and we eventually got an extra bed for her!!!

The breakfast is served in an adjacent kind of restaurant, of extremely questionable hygiene and cleanliness. There is complete lack of options, and the same unmotivated service. 30 minutes before the breakfast was ending, one of the items run out. We asked to bring more from the kitchen, and the answer was of course "the kitchen is closed"!!! :) Good thing we insisted again (I hope they did not spit on what they brought us!!!).

And small other things that should not waste time describing!!!

Try to avoid it, if you have other options in town.
