Não tem estacionamento, valet demora, cadeiras para levar pra praia são pesadas e os próprios hóspedes que levam, banheiro não tem ventilação natural e o quarto que ficamos era pouco iluminado. Porta do banheiro abria pra fora e quando a porta está aberta não se pode usar a pia.

Live Live Cockroach on Arrival + Endless Runaround & Zero Real Compensation – Avoid!
Pros:

This stay started with a nightmare: within minutes of check-in, we found a live cockroach crawling on the tile floor right near the bed (photo attached—undeniable proof). In a “recently renovated” boutique hotel charging high South Beach rates, this is straight-up unacceptable. The room instantly felt dirty, unsafe, and gross—no way to relax after travel.
We reported it immediately and asked for a different room. Staff said no rooms available—not even at their two other properties. They offered to spray/clean it and promised a room change tomorrow, plus the “supervisor” would handle the inconvenience. We took it, hoping for resolution.
First night: ruined. No relaxation—just stress, disgust…
Next morning: No supervisor. A different staff member said he was “coming tomorrow.” They offered complimentary breakfast for our three nights (one voucher at a time) and another clean/air-out. We didn’t even need breakfast (I was at a conference with a packed schedule) and asked for the supervisor’s name: Eduardo.
30+ hours later, we finally meet Eduardo (the supposed supervisor). He says he needs to “check with his manager” about refunding the cockroach night. At checkout, when we pressed: flat no. “You used the breakfast voucher once, so you were compensated.” When I showed frustration, he tossed out a measly 10% discount like it fixed everything.
Multiple polite escalations went nowhere. We always had to chase them—never proactive. Where was real management? The handling felt completely dismissive: like one bug in humid Miami is “no big deal,” and guests should just deal with it.

Don’t risk it—stick to major chains with better pest protocols and guest care. One bug happens in tropics, but the refusal to make it right (simple night credit?) turned this into a total letdown. Hope this warns others.

The property was so clean and so centrally located! The staff was incredible and always made us feel so welcome, greeted every time we came in and had the door held open for us. When I got stung by a jellyfish they even brought a cup of vinegar up to my room.!!

Nice hotel but poorly managed
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and clearly tried their best to help, including attempting to resolve the internet problem by offering a different room. The rooftop pool is a very pleasant feature, and the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely decorated, which would normally contribute to a comfortable stay. However, the operational issues mentioned below unfortunately overshadowed these positive aspects.

Cons:

During my stay, several important issues significantly affected the overall experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room temperature remained around 88°F (31°C) for three consecutive days, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevator was out of service for several days. Luckily staff was very helpful to access the upper floors with luggage. The internet connection was also unreliable, with very poor or no connectivity in some rooms. Despite these ongoing issues, management did not provide any meaningful response, which was disappointing. Considering the high room rates, the overall maintenance and management of the facilities appeared careless and below expectations.
