Nice location, solid prices.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean rooms. Had a nice river facing room.

There is free laundry service and the laundry room is very nice and spacious. A bonus is it provides a space for guests to connect with others. Some guests are more open to chatting. (I picked up restaurant recommendations from talking to other guests there.)

Mattresses were a bit too soft.

Front desk staff friendliness and helpfulness can be a hit or miss. The managers (in blue blazers) are more helpful than those in red blazers.

The floor to the fitness room and pool was partially shared with an outside fitness facility. Unfortunately that means non-guests could use the fitness equipment. Which means the facility was just messy and dirty.

Once the resting area the stank really bad and loud music was playing even though there was a sign prohibiting that.

I found out there was a Luckin Coffee on the first floor (near the garden) on my last day here. Wish the hotel could be better at pointing out the different eateries and shops in its own building.

床垫有点太软了。

前台工作人员的态度和服务水平参差不齐。穿蓝色西装外套的经理比穿红色外套的更乐于助人。

健身房和游泳池的部分区域与外部健身设施共用。不幸的是，这意味着非酒店住客也可以使用健身器材。因此，设施显得杂乱不堪，也不太干净。

Hotel was blasting hot air during the winter, the room was sweating hot with no option to turn on the air condition. Staff had informed me that they will undergo maintenance for their air conditioning.

Cons:

Матрац очень твердый, выспаться невозможно. Интернет в отеле очень плохой, его практически нет, и при этом Е-сим не работает, симку лте нигде не купишь, сервисы гугл заблокированы. Очень огорчает работа фронт-менеджеров на рецепции. Политика у отеля: заплатите первый день при резервации, а остальные дни оплатите наличными. При выезде из отеля требуют оплатить и первый день тоже. Их не интересует, что у меня есть оплата в моем банке. Особое упрямство проявили менеджеры Jane и Chrisly. Требовали оплатить первую ночь, но я им показывал оплату в своем банке на имя отеля. Они отказались возвращать нашу переплату 300 юань. Очень жаль, что отель имеет политику обмана гостей.
