HLC...a good brand Hotel too scared to solve problems...wake up 白天鹅

Overall I love this hotel n the able n responsive saff,
that's why Me n wife have been staying at HLC the past decade or more,everytimes we visit GZ

Cons:

1)The poor Wifi n HLC's blocking of Google,Youtube,Netflick etc
2)HLC's cowardice act of not facing/stopping the guests or staffs etc smoking in the hotel despite non smoking guest's complaints n hotel's staffs verbally acknowledging that they know peoples are smoking in their rooms. HLC claimed in their promotion of "No Smoking" thus enticed people to come n stay, yet does not enforce it, what if HLC got burned n hotel's guests n staffs died.
3)Hotel's Lifts have been a long problem!

Pros:

Хорошее место расположение, вид на реку. Завтрак на верхнем этаже с видом на город , завтрак не очень разнообразный и не очень вкусный , но голодным не останешься. Отель чистый но по возрасту уставший , требующий современный ремонт .

Cons:

Взяли залог при заселении 800 юаней . Номер сдали в идеальном состоянии , на ресепшене обещали вернуть залог на карту . Прошло более недели возврата денег на карту пока нет ?

Un Complimento ad EDISON sempre pronto ad aiutare e a cercare di risolvere i problemi.

Concierge : problemi ad avere campioni che erano stati spediti da fornitori. Dovevo sempre sollecitare ed andare personalmente a verificare ..

Pros:

1)The self-service laundry machines with dryers at the 11 th floor is a big plus
2) The hotel is about 300 meters to the line 2 of the subway, it is convenient.
3) Walking streets and many eateries are about 500 meters away

Cons:

1) The aircon is cold, even when it is switched off
2) Upon check in, the front desk hotel staff could have advised that there is self-service laundry machines and dryers!

Останавливаюсь в отеле Landmark Canton не в первый раз. Приезжаю на Кантон и останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Отель находится в старом городе, в центре. Нравится и расположение(пешие прогулки до пешеходной улицы, набережная и огромное количество всяких местных ресторанчиков. Бесплатный автобус до и от выставки радует. В номерах достаточно свежий ремонт. Лобби в стиле "'старого Шанхая", атмосферно). Персонал хорошо говорит по-английски, люди очень ответственны и внимательны. Спасибо!
