Very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Pros:

Решив провести новогодние каникулы в Москве, второй раз выбрали отель "Ахоум". Цена соответствует качеству : от метро недалеко, чисто, уютно, тихо. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. В следующий раз остановимся здесь же.

I recommend this place - can't beat the price
Pros:

Stayed on the most budget rooms floor, half-basement, they call it “tzocol’ “ floor. For the tourist on the budget it’s perfect for 1-2 nights. I really recommend to pay just a little bit more to get 2 or 3rd floor room if you plan to stay there longer. Close to the subway station Okruzhnaya. Two supermarkets are 5 minutes away. There’re no places to sit down and eat in the very close proximity...Over-role - this is a good place to save during your travel.

Pay bit more, stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor
Pros:

There’s no air conditioner. If you stay on the lowest, cheapest floor, half-basement you not going to be as hot, but it gets humid and stuffy in the room. The worst experience, i guess, comes from the water dropping on the plastic, that covers your space in front of your window. The water drops are from the air conditioner that belongs to a different organization floors up. The hotel just didn’t come up with the solution for that yet:)

Comfortable, affordable
Pros:

Stayed on the second floor. Large windows, high ceilings. No air conditioner is not a problem, if the temperatures are in the normal Moscow summer range. This hotel is a lifesaver if on the budget. They try to provide many necessary things for somewhat longer stay. One thing to warn about: the temperature of the hot water isn’t regulated by any stopper and the hot water could come out of the faucet almost boiling hot!

Pros:

Отель неплохой. Бюджетность во всем, начиная от пятен на ковровом покрытии в коридорах и заканчивая отделкой санузлов пластиковыми панелями. Но все оправдывает низкая цена и относительная близость к метро. Несомненный плюс - микрокухня - тарелки, кружки и микроволновка. Минус - специфичный персонал за стойкой. В целом - хорошо, в следующий приезд однозначно буду смотреть варианты в этом отеле.

Сам отель, вполне приличный, в номерах чистенько и все есть(даже штопор для вина), за исключением горы грязного белья в коридоре. Омрачило общение с администратором, разговаривает с посетителями грубо и неадекватно зовут Светлана.
