Pros:

Заселяют бесконтактно, в отеле кроме постояльцев никого нет. Туалет общий и он не суперчистый, даже когда утром в отель пришла горничная убирать номера, к туалету она не притронулась(( В номере плохо работала штора, открыть я ее не смогла. В целом неплохо, но скорее на одну ночь. С детьми не очень.

Для переночевать
Pros:

Не гостиница и не хостэл. Правильное обозначение - общежитие. Но, довольно хорошее. Короче, кинуть кости, чтобы переночевать - вполне сойдет. На длительное проживание тут я бы не согласился. Санузел, душ, кухня - одни на этаж. Хотя в самих номерах довольно чисто.
