Cons:

El Hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona no segura. Es muy dificil el acceso en carro hasta la puerta del hotel debido a la gran cantidad de vendedores ambulantes y habitantes de calle que permanecen alrededor. Nos tocó cambiarnos de hotel. Nunca nos registramos. Agradecemos la buena disposición del personal del hotel para entender nuestra situación y no hacer efectiva la penalidad.

Buena estadía pero menos de lo que esperábamos
Pros:

Muy amables todos y en general justo el precio. Las opciones para desayunar no son tan variadas pero la calidad es muy buena entonces es suficiente.

Cons:

A la hora de hacer la reserva no nos avisaron que ni el jacuzzi ni el sauna estaban en funcionamiento. Hicimos la reserva ahí mismo en el lobby a través de Booking y en ningún momento se les ocurrió decir que justo las estaban reparando, cosa que nos parece deshonesta ya que reservamos ahí por la zona húmeda. Recomendamos preguntar antes de reservar. El agua de la ducha no calentaba prácticamente nada y fluctuaba la temperatura (en ambos dormitorios), bastante regular por no decir mala. El parqueadero no queda en el mismo edificio entonces toca salir del hotel para ir al carro. Las almohadas demasiado altas. La zona algo intimidante. Se escuchó mucho ruido de la calle por las noches (en un 5to piso) hasta más de las 10 pm.

The rooms are modern

Cons:

No AC and room faced the afternoon sun. Sauna! Also the one reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub for my children. No mention on booking that the hot tub is no longer in service.

buen hotel
Pros:

Muy céntrico con personal muy amable. El desayuno es muy correcto y se sirve en la terraza de arriba. La entrada se hace por una especie de Mall. La calle es muy concurrida de vendedores ambulantes que pueden ser algo intimidantes.
