Pleasant enough.
Pros:

I was happy to have breakfast in the mornings. The staff were nice enough. Location worked really well for us. It was nice to have eating options within walking distance. Soft pillows.

Cons:

The AC in out room whistled pretty much 24/7. There was what looked like blood on the bathroom wall, shower curtain had holes.

My children and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend!
Pros:

Th staff was super friendly and helpful with all questions. The pool was nice and warm. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The alarm clock was broken in our room. Including the usb charging ports that were on it so that was more an inconvenience than a real issue.

They need to do work to many things, clean rooms better our bed had stained mattress covers that were very visible, they need to update the photos to accommodate what this hotel really looks like

Location to Ruby Falls was good.
Breakfast was much better than expected

Cons:

Room was dirty, carpet bare in places, paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Only a single chair in a king size room.

Overall very convenient for quick overnight stay to be able to attend few attractions in the area!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping stores and restaurants and very convenient in distance to Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls!

Cons:

In the room, there was a lot of ladybugs laying around, no toilet paper was available and the unit was nonstop on both cold or hot heat did to the front desk. They said they will check it out, but they never came to check it out.

Affordable, comfortable stay

Reasonable price, location seemed safe and was convenient. Staff was helpful, room was acceptable, could be cleaned better.

Cons:

All was good for a night's stay, room and bathroom could use a better cleaning overall.
