The breakfast includes was good, good selection of food and drinks. All you can eat buffet style good value and filling! American bar right next door good location fairly close to the airport but not walkable.

While there are some definite positives about this property, a lack of professionalism erroded that.
Pros:

The breakfast had improved. Previously, if you got there 30 minutes before closure, you were lucky to end up with anything as staff did not replenish the buffet. On this occasion they did. And the assortment also had improved/1

Cons:

I had packages sent ahead of arrival, and they arrived a week before I did. However, staff at the front desk repeatedly denied having the packages. It was not until I contacted Corporate Customer Service (CCS)that my packages suddenly showed up. My packages were there the whole time and only through contacting CCS did I retrieve them. Despite the positives going for it, that was a deal-breaker for me. There were other incidents at this property all dealing with staff which suggests a lack of proper training, or worse. All my issues were resolved prior to my departure but only through my persistence.

Good place
Pros:

The place is safe and comfortable. The space was nice and enough to spend a good time there.

Cons:

I’ve booked for 3, but they didn’t prepare the room for 3 (not enough bed sheets and towels). The kitchen was not full equipped so we couldn’t use it at all.

Excelente ubicación y en cuanto al desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

No realizaron diariamente el cambio de sábanas en la habitación, incluso el último día ni siquiera arreglaron la cama, la encontramos toda desarreglada y desatendida tal como la habíamos dejado y no pusieron jabón en la bañera durante 2 dias
