Pros:

Quarto bom e café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção, cobrança maior do que a da reserva, pouca informação sobre os pagamentos e taxas, falta de vontade de explicar tudo relacionado ao hotel(como se já conhecesse e tivesse estado hospedado antes), piscina NÃO pega sol, fica localizada entre 2 hotéis. Lavanderia na frente do fitness sem porta separaroria, o que deixa muito cheiro perfume de roupa no momento do exercício.

There was a constant tapping of some sort coming from the bathroom area, also the air conditioning unit was extremely load. Each time it clicks in I would wake me up.

V tomto hotelu bych si další pobyt nezaplatila.
Pros:

Snídaně byla dobrá a v pořádku jen mi chyběla zelenina.

Cons:

Určitě by se nemělo platit celou noc navíc za plnou cenu,když po domluvě s personálem na recepci jsem ma hotelovém pokoji mohla strávila navíc čas čtyři hodiny od 12:00 do 16:00 kvůli pozdnímu času odletu letadla.

No me gustó que tuviésemos cocina completa en el departamento y o se contaba con los utensilios para cocinar como ollas sartenes etc , cuando lo solicitamos a recepción , nos dijeron que no los ubicaban y luego q no había personal para q lo llevase al cuarto , luego depre una habitación para 5 y solo había juego para 3 personas de igual manera cuando se solicitó nunca llegó a la habitación .
