Pros:

Clima famigliare. Stanza spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita. Piscine pulite e con accesso fino alle 23 (molto gradito) Servizio bar veloce in ogni punto della struttura.
Ristorante ben organizzato e cibo abbondante
Comodo parcheggio interno e centro di Abano a 10 min a piedi

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto il pacchetto con pensione completa, orari molto precisi e porzioni molto abbondanti, ci hanno fatto pensare che la mezza pensione sarebbe stata la scelta migliore

Arra spa” NI” ovvero idromassaggio nella norma ma sauna classica molto bassa se nn spenta;idem bagno turco….forse perché sono andata a fine giornata .

Colazione perfetta sia di dolci che salato,il Vassoio per portare il tutto al tavolo è un idea geniale.Pranzo e cena perfette.Personale super gentile.Grande parcheggio gratuito a disposizione.Spa e piscina perfetti.Il mio prossimo soggiorno a Abano Terme sarà ancora in questo Hotel.

Si potrebbe migliorare mettendo più pane bianco ai pasti.

Pros:

La posizione, non troppo trafficata. La camera d'angolo all'ultimo piano che mi è stata assegnata. La zona spa con la grande vasca idromassaggio e le piscine, il tutto fruibile fino a tarda sera. Ottimo lo scalda salviette il bagno. Per quanta riguarda i pasti e il personale nulla da eccepire.

Cons:

Sarebbe necessario un piano di appoggio in bagno accanto al lavandino in quanto manca per appoggiare qualcosa in più del necessario di base. Anche un appendino a parete per mettere i vestiti durante la doccia. Forse migliorerei l'illuminazione della camera,

3 stelle che ne meriterebbe sicuramente un altra per i servizi e l'attenzione al cliente.
Personale di sala molto disponibile e gentile, pranzo e cena top, non allo stesso livello la colazione ma cmq buona.
Spa, anche se a pagamento, molto carina.
Zona piscine, non grandissima ma curata.

Ottima accoglienza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, prezzi onesti, personale cortese e professionale.

Cons:

La colazione è l'unica cosa migliorabile, sarebbe utile un menù più salutistico (meno carboidrati, più proteine nobili, ma di quelle vere, non i surrogati).
La reception dovrebbe avere orari più estesi, è un peccato non poter pagare ed andare via prima delle 8 del mattino.
