Pros:

The place is quite dirty. Looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned since rhe Romans left town. Stains on walls, dingy rooms, can't see through windows, decades of accumulated soot and grime on ceiling fan. The door lock was pathetic, tho there was always staff watching rooms.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke, as everyone smokes 3 packs a day.

Although staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful I would have preferred more cleanliness . Not very good value, tho good price for Amman.
