Pros:

Staff was friendly and really professional, congrats! Our room was wonderful and the breakfast had so many tasty options.

Hotel pequeño por tamaño pero grande en cuanto a lo que ofrece,habitaciones y servicios excelentes, ubicado en el centro de Praga incluye unas comunicaciones con tren y tranvía inmejorables.

Perfectly location, hotel extremely clean and bathroom was top drawer also

The location was superb, the staff very friendly and attentive and overall, just added to the amazing weekend which we had in Prague. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Thanks to Cornelia who tried to help me with the airline.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights as planned. We were in a state of war, so we had to extend our stay out of necessity. Because there were no flights back to Israel. At first I added two more nights and then paid daily. We don't get free things in hotels, so we expected to get the amenities - water, towels, conditioner without asking each time. I expected the reception staff to inform the cleaners that we weren't picky and that we were paying daily until we knew what day we could leave. Later, they asked me for an additional 60 euros per night. Even though that was already the price for the eighth night. It is expected that the more you add, the lower the price, not that it will go up. In the end, because of the things I mentioned, I decided after the sixth night to move to another hotel.
