スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。
チェックアウトした後でも荷物の保管をしていただいたり、対応は丁寧でした。

Cons:

大浴場のお風呂とシャワーのお湯の温度がぬるすぎて、お風呂に入っても温まらなかった。
お部屋は綺麗でしたが、他の部屋の話し声と物音ごうるさくて眠れなかった。

Green flags for this hotel
Pros:

We loved staying here. It was in a lovely quiet location. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. It was nice we also had a small table we could eat at. The pyjamas were divine. We nearly bought some! We got fresh towels after one night but reused others instead). I enjoyed the Asahi beer tap and the wine tap where quests could pour themselves a drink around happy hour time.). Everything else was perfect and the staff were very patient with my limited Japanese. I'd recommend it.

Cons:

There was an ice-cream machine which disappointingly wasn't working. While our overall was clean, the shower hadn't been thoroughly scrubbed (there were mould like spots
