Pros:

The room was clean and we had housekeeping everyday. We were close to the pool for the boys.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Well when we checked in on Tuesday. The lady asked if we got her massage and i just got it. So here my problem. When I booked the hotel through booking.com it was the great price. I called the hotel and talked with a man and I asked him if they used gift cards cause I been collecting then and I had like enough to pay for our stay. I asked if I should download them to my bw app he said no just bring them in that they can do it in office. Plus he noted my account so whoever checks us in. But when I got there the lady said we are sorry that the manager said we can’t use them them cause we booked through a third party cause they prepaid for the room but when I booked it ask to pay at hotel. So I was upset about it. If I have known this before I got there I would’ve booked closer to where I was going to be at with the boys…
So they need to train all there employees about the rules…
