I loved how clean and easy my check-in process was the breakfast was amazing top-tier I really enjoyed the Location and the staff.

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was fantastic and all of the staff showed off their southern hospitality.

Cons:

Our only issue was in the bath tub. Our bathroom flooded each morning even if we set up the shower curtain correctly and the old soap holders on the wall were falling off and looked to have mold behind them.

As close to Opryland as you can get, for a fraction of the price
Pros:

Large rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast, good pool, great location

Cons:

The information given to us at check in regarding the shuttlw was incorrect. Wevsite says pool was closed, but its open.

Staff was friendly. So helpful. Rooms and pool were hot

It was clean. Hallways were cool.

Cons:

Our first room was so hot. 79 degrees we had the thermostat turned as far down as possible. They changed us to another room and it got a little cooler but was still so hot we had to ask for a fan. We kept the curtain closed too. All three layers. The pool was hot too. Like warm sauna water.

I would most definitely come back to this hotel is close to a lot of the shopping places I went to.
Pros:

The suite I had with the jacuzzi was great nice few to see my car and they staff were great and the breakfast is good I plan on coming back for my birthday weekend.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location is near to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good, with a selection of things to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The tub was slow draining, and our bed was a little worn in places. We informed the staff as we were leaving. They apologized and said that they would change the bed and fix the drain.
