Pros:

Camera quadrupla molto spaziosa e pulita. Buona colazione con ampia scelta e personale che fa cucina espressa su richiesta, ed anche una buona cena con possibilità di scelta su 3 alternative. Zona benessere ampia, con bella piscina esterna ed una parte dedicata alla sauna riservata agli adulti. Parcheggio disponibile e comodo, ma con posti limitati. Personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

Non ci sono aree comuni nell'hotel, solo 2/3 piccoli tavoli all'ingresso oltre al bancone del bar. La piscina è solo esterna, se la giornata fuori è fredda l'acqua anche se riscaldata non è caldissima (almeno per noi italiani - almeno per il periodo estivo).

Der Infinitypool war großartig mit Blick auf die Berge! Ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Frühstück lässt fast keine Wünsche offen für einen starken Start in den Tag! Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral im Ort.

War ok aber wir werden ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.
Pros:

Das moderne Ambiente und der Rooftop Pool

Cons:

Personal war überfordert, haben fast 11/2h auf das Essen gewartet und war dann fast kalt. Allgemein war das essen eher Lust und Geschmacklos. Gäste sind auf grund der langen Wartezeit einfach gegangen und auch am nächsten Tag nicht mehr erschienen. Die Teller waren ständig verschmutzt und im Spa Bereich wurden Getränke nie nachgefüllt und es gab teilweise keine unbenutzten Becher mehr. Freundlichkeit von Personal war auch eher bescheiden wenn man gegrüßt oder sich verabschiedet kommt sehr wenig zurück. Schade da dieses Haus sehr Exquisit und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.

Bonito hotel para conocer la zona de alpbach pero demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito, en un enclave precioso.

Cons:

En las cenas el servicio era muy lento. Para pedir café en el desayuno tenías que perseguir al personal.
