-sehr großes,gemütliches Zimmer mit sehr schönem Balkon
-toller Wellnessbereich mit sehr schönem Pool und angenehm,warmem Wasser
-leckeres ,reichhaltiges und regionales Frühstück und sehr schön angerichtetes
leckeres Abendessen
-Tiefgarage
-tolle Bar...ein Dankeschön an Luis für tolle Cocktails 😀und sehr kurzweilige Unterhaltung...so fühlt man sich als Gast direkt herzlich willkommen 🤩🤩🤩ein Aushängeschild für dieses Hotel
-uns hat es im Alpbachtal sehr gut gefallen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Cons:

-Ein Teil des Personals spricht leider schlecht bis gar kein Deutsch
-Leider lässt sich die Heizung im Badezimmer/Zimmer nicht vom Gast persönlich steuern... uns war das Bad leider zu kalt und durch die nicht richtig schließende Schiebetür hielt sich die Temperatur auch leider nicht.
-Es wäre super, wenn im Wellnessbereich öfter nach dem Rechten geschaut würde...Leere Tassen.... nasser Fußboden...das sind Dinge die sich einfach abstellen lassen .
-Für die Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich findet sich sicherlich auch ein besseres Platz, als der Fußbodenflur vor den Hotelzimmern (z.b.im Wellnessbereich ;)
-1× zwischendurch kurz über die Tische im Aussenbereich gewischt und schon kann der Gast seinen Kaffee draußen in der Sonne genießen ohne sich die Ärmel schmutzig zu machen( war bei uns leider an allen Tagen der Fall)
-Service am Abend beim Essen(zu wenig Personal)...es hat an 2 Abenden wirklich lange gedauert
-Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen ..es gibt allerdings Luft nach oben bei dem aufgerufenen Preis...alles Kleinigkeiten die dem Gast den Aufenthalt versüßen können und zum längerbleiben animieren

Cons:

Parkeer garage, pas niet voor een auto met dakkoffer. Jammer. Buiten heeft de Hotel alleen 3 Parkeer plaatsen. Soms is het vol.
