The employees were all in a bad mood starting with the person in front counter
Pros:

Location and at one time the hotel was beautiful but you can see it’s old and it smells like old cigarettes smoke

Cons:

Dog or cat hair all over the beds,no hot water for 25 minutes, old used up sheets and comforter,bathroom wasn’t that clean curly hair in sink nooo microwave in the whole building

Cons:

The phone and tv didn’t work. Tv was replaced and phone still didn’t work. The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly and the sink didn’t drain well. I paid for valet parking and my car was left out in the snow and I had to scrape the snow and ice off myself.

Pros:
