Location was convenient.

Cons:

They gave us a room where was an serious issue with electric socket. We immediately returned to reception and asked to solve this problem before we settle in the room. They reported to technician to check it. We waited technician 1 hour. No one came. After, we were reminding to receptionist about the problem 2 times again. We spent almost 2 hours more in waiting. And technician didn't come.
Finally, we came to reception very disappointed and asked to check out and return our money. They gave us another room instead. Why they couldn't do it first time? We spent so much time after a long trip to Atlantic city. Another room was fine, by the way. But bedsheets had stains.

Won't waste my money again...

They location was nice. The view from from my room i could see the ocean and the Faris wheel all lit up

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned properly there was other people's hair and mildew in the shower food on the floor around the edge of the bed, greasy hand prints on the doors weird stains on the walls below the windows poor lighting the room I was In was located near the pool so it was very loud most of the night and smelled heavily of chlorine also upon first walking into my room I noticed the fridge was leaking out of the cabinet onto the carpeted floor I notified the front desk and was told they would tell maintenance, I was not offered a new room or any type of compensation for an unclean room with a soggy carpet

Good for not being in AC in over 12-13 years
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to the destination that we needed to get to. We were there for a cheer competition. I’d love that the staff was able to work with me for a late check out to allow the girls, I was with to swim and play in the arcade being as though we were there for the competition. I also actually like the fact that I was able to pay for parking immediately upon arrival and not have to pay more.

Cons:

I didn’t like the distance from the garage to the first floor to the second floor to my room. That was a lot of walking with two kids and bags.

Hotel bardzo stylowy! Pewnie jeden ze starszych w Atlantic City, pamięta lata świetności tego miasta. Widać to na zdjęciach umieszczonych na korytarzach. Można bez wychodzenia na zewnątrz przejść donoszenia Ballys.

When I calledfor booking the room they told me the pool is available. When I arrived to hotel for 1 night i found the pool is under maintenance and was closed. That was main reason for me to stay in Claridge and I was really upset. Next morning when I was checking out assotiet told me that the can't return us resort charge,because manager is coming 9pm. What??? Who's gonna handle all problems. Like they promised to fix some problem with hitter in my son in law room,which never been done
