I really expected at least 3 stars service , instead I barely got 2.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach. The AC. And temperature control were phenomenal. No problems there. I liked that my room was all the way down the hall. I would definitely get a room like that again...only a little cleaner and fancier.

Cons:

Loud and rowdy people on 18th floor. I found a gold bracelet that someone dropped outside my door during the early morning hours. I returned it to the front desk so hopefully someone would not feel like they got robbed. THE Elevator delays are ridiculous. Had to plan my departures 30 minutes in advance to make sure I could leave the hotel on time. Missing do not disturb card on door so of course I was awakened. Bunch of kids having playwrights or slap fights in the 2nd floor as I was coming from the parking lot. I could not order an in-room meal..phone kept ringing. Got hung up on. Twice. No attempt by the staff to let you know what the hotel has to offer. In room 1829..there is some type of shit on the fire alarm..not physically appealing. Also the bathroom had what looked like black mold in the back right corner. I am glad that my date had another room or else I would have been totally embarrassed. During checkout, the front desk did not even bother to ask me how was my stay, in fact it appeared that I was interrupting her conversation with security. That only furthered solidified my desire to leave. This was my first experience with this hotel. I hotel on the outside is gorgeous. I really hope to have a better experience next time.

Pros:

The Terrasa on floor 23,the view was good.
The Italian restaurant the personal was really nice.
The room was okay. view was amazing, but the only thing the windows needed to be cleaned

Cons:

The elevelator needs to be cleaning, and also, the mirrors. One of the elevators was making a lot of noise. And we feel worried about safety to take it.
