Pros:

I had read some online reviews about the hotel being old and unkempt. So that was what I was expecting. I guess if you go into something with low expectations, you're never disappointed - so that's what happened. The hotel is old, but it's also charming. We had a lovely breakfast at the hotel restaurant, service was very polite and attentive. Checkin was easy, and checkout was even easier! If we come back to Atlantic City in the future we may stay at The Claridge again.

One of the valet staff was very rude when we arrived and gave us attitude when we pulled up. The lady behind the counter was very slow and took forever to check us in/out. Only one person working on a weekend. The elevators were all broken except for 2. Took me forever to go up and down as the two working elevators were always full. We had to put our luggage on a luggage trolley and that never fit unless the elevator was empty. We had to wait over an hour to go down to checkout as the working elevators were full. So it wasted a lot of our time.

Pros:

It’s convenient

Cons:

We had to switch rooms , some one from house keeping stole a pair of sneakers , hotel didn’t replace them or asked , toilet kept getting clogged they never fixed it our fridge was not getting cold service sucked because no one was never at the front desk we didn’t have no towels or wash cloths we had to use hand towels

Lamentablemente nada

Cons:

Los elevadores no funcionaban todos se hacían filas largas para usarlos
La piscina sin toallas no respetaban las reglas solo gritos gente corriendo y el agua sucia el heater era sofocante muy caliente
No toallas en la habitación
Creo que ya no existe filtro en las visitas la gente no era muy buena la que fue.

Very disappointing, not worth the money we spent. I will not return

Cons:

The entire experience was awful. Extremely long line for check in. Stood in the line for over 45 minutes. No towels in the bathroom, the elevators were extremely slow. The check in process through our plans off for the day. Staff stated that the night before they were booked to capacity. The hotel was ill equipped to manage the situation
