It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and the gym. We had a really good time.

STAY AWAY FROM CLARIDGE HOTEL
Pros:

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Atlantic City.

Upon arrival, the hotel appeared understaffed and unprepared for the volume of guests. Check-in took nearly an hour, with only one front desk employee handling a long line of frustrated customers. Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout the stay.

The room and hallways had a noticeable musty odor, and the overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The carpets appeared dirty, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and some of the linens and towels showed visible stains. For a hotel that advertises itself as a historic destination, there is a significant difference between "historic" and "poorly maintained."

The elevator situation was by far the worst part of the experience. Wait times routinely ranged from 15 to 30 minutes, and elevators were frequently overcrowded or out of service. Simply getting from the room to the lobby became a frustrating and time-consuming process.

The property appears to be suffering from a lack of investment, inadequate staffing, and insufficient attention to guest comfort. While the location is convenient and close to the Boardwalk, the operational issues overshadow any benefit the location provides.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Management needs to address the cleanliness concerns, staffing shortages, and elevator reliability issues before guests can reasonably expect the level of service they are paying for.

Personal con mal trato. Es un hotel enorme en estado total de abandono. No nos hicieron el cuarto ni nos cambiaron toallas. Y el front fesl no atiende el teléfono. Un desastre. Lo único bueno fue la.pileta.

NEVER STAYING AT THE CLARIDGE AGAIN
Pros:

We have been coming to The Claridge for 16 yrs. The past 2 yrs have resulted in our upgrade paid stay being given to someone else resulting in us being placed in their very OLD suite that has the most uncomfortable bed and furniture EVER!!! FOR 2 YEARS STRAIGHT this has happened!!! We are never staying here again and they do not care about their loyal clientele!!!

Everything. They didn’t let me check in at check in time, I had to check in 4 hours later and at that point I had to wait in a long ass line so my dinner and boat reservations for my man’s birthday got canceled they didn’t do anything to apologize for it the staff guy that checked me in was rude knowing we were upset already having to wait 4 hours in a line didn’t accommodate me at all and I paid for a room that I didn’t get room was dirty there wasn’t any bathroom towels room service didn’t work lines were busy all night horrible.
