Nothing at all!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVERRRRRR STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!!
Where do I begin 1. The staff was rude af (8/4/26) afternoon shift. 2.The pool was dirty af with dirty oily water 3.The bathroom ceiling was leaking with a light fixture full of water. 4.The toilet is damn near in the floor like when was in elementary school. 5.The beds are small af I asked to pay for a bigger room and they didn’t have nothing because all the rooms are the small (staff said) 6. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling up waters was still hot. 7. Parking was expensive ($25)so once you pay and park you can’t even leave go to the store and come back in because they want you to pay again smh. 8.front desk would answer the phone after asking can I pay for a bigger room I was told no because all the rooms was the same hunged up on them I called back two times to curse them out because how rude I was willing to pay not get it for free but they nevered answered so when I went down there to say something they told me the person who hung up wasn’t there nomore. 9. Elevators was getting stuck. 10. I found dog food in my room but I thought the policy said no animalssssss NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER PAY TO STAY THERE AGAIN I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE SLEEPING OUTSIDE WITH THE HOMELESS!!!! Even with all the stuff I complained about I still couldn’t move to another room I have videos but this survey will not let me post videos only pictures so I’m going to social media about THE CLARIDGE HOTEL

Housekeeping came into my room without my consent. All th tiles in the sink area and bathroom floors were full of wax. I almost fell, but caught myself. I used the express check out box when I left. I was charged an extra night for not coming to the front desk. I called twice to get it cleared up. The front desk woman was rude and refused to return my money until they do an investigation to prove that I left after one night. The front desk woman was rude from the time I met her. I believe she deliberately sabotaged my account. Now I have to fight for their mistake of not checking out guests from the express checkout box. They’ve got a problem w mean-spirited staff that must be addressed to protect their guests.
Room was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable
Had to leave
It was accessible to everything I needed
The 20s aesthetic is nice, rooftop bar has great view and good music. Close to boardwalk.
Drinks were watered down, not nice enough for the $300/night I had to pay
I am presently sitting in my hotel room at the Claridge. I would like to be walking on the beach early, but cannot as I am trapped in my room for my safety. I need to wait until a more populated time of the morning to exit my hotel room, or I need to call for "security" to leave the room.
You need to know about the Claridge.
Upon parking, there is an overwhelming smell of urine. (yes, both times as this is my second stay this week).
Upon entering the hallway that leads to the front desk, you almost pass out from the smell of septic (yes, both stays).
Would you like to get high from the elevator and hallways? then this is the place!
Last stay on Monday, I was awoken by people having sex IN THE HALLWAY!
And I would not even be letting you know about any of this if not for what happened last night.
There were people fighting in the hallway outside of my room-- for about an hour- from 2am-3am. Scared is an understatement. I called the front desk 4 times within an hour.
At 4am, The yelling continued in the hallway but it was directed "to the person trying to sleep" (ME- how did they know I called the font desk earlier??), the person proceeded to repeatedly bang on my door, seemingly trying to break my door down. I ran to the bathroom and locked myself in. When I felt they had left, I called the front desk. I let the front desk woman know what was happening. She said she would send security.... I clearly told herto please check out the hallway, but under no circumstances did I want security knocking on my door, as I wanted who ever had banged on my door to not know I was still in the room.
2 minutes later... security was banging on my door yelling "security". I asked them to stop knocking. They told me "no, we will not stop knocking". I told them I was not opening the door. I called the front desk. I asked the woman to tell them to go away- she told me I told her to send them.. I pointed out to her that I told her NOT to have security knock on my door...She did not like me telling her that and hung up on me. I had been whispering to her on the phone as I did not want my neighbor to hear me. I again told security through the door that I was not going to open the door and that I wanted them to leave... They refused- continued knocking and yelling "security". I repeatedly called the front desk to ask them to have security leave, but the woman at the front desk would not pick up my call. I had no choice than to open the door in my nightgown. They finally left.
I waited some time and called back the front desk to ask for the woman's name so I could let the manager know about what happened. She refused to give me her name , telling me she had hung up on me as I "was hollerin' at her"....and hung up on me again. I never raised my voice to anyone and in fact I was whispering to her.
I believe I need a police escort or wait until 11am to leave the hotel room, as I fear my neighbor will hear me and exit the room and attack me.
I realize that any hotel can have a loud/inappropriate guest and I would not be letting you know any of this if it was not for the poor support from the front desk. Feeling unsafe in your hotel room, alone and the "help" at the front desk refusing to pick up your call should never happen to a guest.
I truly believe that the Claridge is not a safe hotel.
oh PS- for icing on the cake, the blinds fell when I tried to close them and they crashed onto the floor hitting my toe. I think it may be broken. The blinds had been jammed into sheetrock which had broken many times before and never repaired, so the opening is too large to hold the screw for the blinds.
I love this experience is peaceful is common no drama and everything is right in order
Lo serca de la playa
Muchas horas para hacer check in .
Location and family oriented
Loud music inside building on higher floors
I love the Claridge but there are a few hiccups here and there. There is room for improvement. The lobby is beautiful but the side entrances are disgusting. Those carpets need to go. Washing them will make no difference. The hotel lobby furniture is beautiful but the seats near the elevators are a disgusting 🫣 don't sit on them unless you want to get a rash. The entrance through garage side is just as disgusting 🫣. The carpets need to go. However the ocean view rooms are very nice. The rooms are However very dark and some of the outlets don't work. The windows need cleaning to get clearer view out the windows. The Twenties restaurant is wonderful and beautiful for breakfast. The Vue is wonderful and breathtaking. The pool is nice but could be cleaner. The gym is nice. Overall beautiful place but needs more cleaning and please get rid of those rugs. Very close to the beach which is big plus and cheapest hotel to stay in comparison to all the others.
Si buena ubicacion cerca de la playa
The location is good.
Well it's a liking on the shower selling but they fixed .
