The property was clean and the staff was nice
Upon arriving I was told that since my reservation included the night before and I didn’t tell them that I’m coming a day later, the only room they have left for me is located at the basement. Which is super weird. Not to mention that I’m not sure how one can stay 5 days in a room with no windows. Then, when I told them that I am not going to sleep at the basement they gave me an accessible room.
The room was connected from within to the adjacent room by a locked wooden door, making it very hard not to hear the people that stayed there. So it didn’t feel very private.
It was at least 10m walk to transport, nothing around the location and expensive for what you get.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! There are so many little areas within the hotel to explore, and each was beautifully decorated. You’ll find chic sitting areas throughout the hotel where you can enjoy a morning coffee, take a selfie, or just sit and relax after a long day of travel. There are very nice dining options as well. The room was a great size, and it had a beautiful view of the water. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming; everything was perfect. We got in late and left the next morning to catch our flight; I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the restaurants. I will definitely be back!

This is the horrible hotel me and my husband ever stayed. They don’t have air conditioning in the room. We have to sleep two nights at 26C temperature. Staff and manager attitude are horrible. Finally they brought two fans in the room.

Great location, big comfortable room and bed. Amazing restaurant in the first floor with cozy place to enjoy food. Very helpful and professional stuff.
Towels and robe changing. After I left on the floor dirty ones, I didn't get other - clean.
