Отличные завтраки.
I have just had such a lovely stay at this hotel - I was travelling alone for a conference. I felt so comfortable and relaxed there. The room itself was nice, comfortable, everything I need - very clean and quiet. The hotel itself is so welcoming, every staff member I encountered wanted to help, was friendly, knowledgeable and warm. The cafe/bar was a really nice space to sit and work in, next to the canal. The morning breakfast - plentiful and delicious.
The location is excellent - so easy to walk to many places - including muesums and the conference centre. So picturesque - and as a woman travelling alone - safe - I felt very safe walking at early morning and at night. Next time I may join all the cyclists and hire a bike from the hotel...
Beautiful location, right along a canal. Breakfast is a pretty good value and very delicious!
Very expensive restaurants on site with a small set of options for dinner and room service. Dinner wait service was consistently very slow.
Lovely rooms and decor. Exceptional staff

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, great restaurants with excellent food
Very outdated. Also my room overlooked the parking lot, which was loud and unpleasant to look at
We enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel. All of us liked the ‘28 Olympic themed rooms, the views of the canals from the deck, the dining room and the bar.
We would not hesitate to book another stay.
Honestly.. can’t think of any negatives.
Nice hotel. Good location. Completely incompetent front desk staff and a GM who doesn't care about customer service. Absolute total billing nightmare. The hotel accidently check someone else into a room under my name with my credit and refuses to admit their mistake or issue a refund after 6 weeks, 15 emails, and 2 official complaints with Marriott that included documentation of my original confirmation #s. Avoid this property at all cost, but if you do stay there make sure you get a copy of your hotel portfolio receipt upon checkout because they will not automatically email it to you or post it to your Marriott Bonvoy account.
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were all so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. We also loved the bathroom.
The food was delicious, and everything was very well organized. You can really see that the team cares about their guests and pays attention to the little details that make a stay special.
Thank you to everyone for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We really appreciated all the personal touches and the care you put into everything. We will visit again in the future!
What a lovely hotel! Staff is super friendly and the locaties perfect. Highly recommend!
I liked the location on the canal, but the hotel is far from the center. Good but expensive breakfast. Nice lounge. I assusme that some rooms have a great view, but not ours.
The hotel is far from the center. Nor really walking distance. We came with a group. Probably would not have chosed this had we been alone.

The hotel was absolutely the worst I have ever stayed in at a Marriott property. I am currently a gold elite member of Marriott group and often stay at their hotels on business. I checked into the property on 8th June 2026, that evening the Air Conditioner stopped working, it didn't work all night. On 9th early morning, I had a shower, and the drainage in the bathroom tub was blocked resulting in flooding in the tub and I couldn't even have a proper shower before I left for work. I informed the front desk of the issues with the room before leaving on the 9th morning. On my return from my business meeting at 9 pm , I found my room was not made up, there had been no cleaning of the room, nor resolution of the issues that I had informed the front desk about. No one had bothered to address the problem with the room I was provided. I heard excuses from the front desk that it was not their job and it was the job of maintenance and also that of housekeeping to address the issues I had raised and they can do nothing. Housekeeping had not bothered to clean my room, I have paid Euro 300 per night for the room for 2 nights, and I asked them to give me a new room which had been cleaned and where the air conditioner was working. They resisted on providing another room, it was already late evening and I was extremely tired from my working day, having to deal with the front desk was a nightmare. After much inspection of my existing room, they reluctantly provided me with another room. I must clarify, that the air conditioner in new room provided for 9th night also stopped working from 11pm as well. Additionally I dined at the hotel restaurant on 8th June, and paid 148.50 Euro for the meal. The dinner order took more than one hour to arrive, despite repeated reminders to the wait staff. They said they are doing their best to hurry up the order. The service at the restaurant was appalling, not to mention the poor quality of the dinner provided which was cold when it was eventually served. It was an absolute nightmare of an experience at the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam.
