I'm very unhappy with how I was treated after my stay. I called the hotel less than 24hours after I left because I forgot some clothes in the closet. They first told me to write an email, I didn't get a reply. Only after calling again, they replied to my email that they didn't find the clothes, which is impossible because I'm very sure my clothes were in the closet. Afterwards, they kept on ignoring my requests. This is not a service. Throwing away clothes that were left in the closet.
Lokation waterside rook is a must.
Staff is not friendly. Especialy valet parker is very moody.
Nice hotel within reasonable walking distance to the city center. Our room was good with a view of the canal, and staff was helpful.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. It is far away enough to avoid city center crowds but still well connected by public transport.
The heat was too high and we were not able to switch it off. Even with the AC on the room was kinda scorching.
