Prima hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een kamer in de basement geboekt, kregen een gratis upgrade, maar we wilden juist in de basement. Dat was geen probleem. (De airco in de upgrade kamer deed het namelijk niet vandaar toch liever in de basement.) Goed ontbijt. Hotel was vlakbij het Rijksmuseum.

Kahvaltı çok çeşitli olması beni şaşırttı avrupa standartlarında bunlara ulaşmak biraz zor oluyor,otelin odaları küçüktü sanırım bu sorun otelden ziyade şehirib genel yapısı ile alakalı bir durum çünkü her bina küçük gözüküyordu,genel olarak özet geçmek gerekirse otelde seyahat ettiğim süre boyunca kapıda karşılanan güler yüzlü personelden her gün temizlik yapan personele kadar her şey mükemmeldi umarım böyle devam eder.

Pros:

I think you should have a bar to sit and mingle. Also your facility is not handicapped accessible. The stairs are difficult and you need a bell hop.

Персонал великолепен! Номер был не очень( раковина была разбита( из душа текла вода, не было тапочек и халатов.
Pros:

Здравствуйте! Мне понравилась локация и очень отзывчивый персонал, который реагировал 24/7. Мое уважение !

Мне не понравилось, что отель заявлен, как 4* но не соответствует качеству.

Lovely Hotel and handy location, would stay here again
Pros:

lovely location, easy walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Handy 24/7 reception for awkward flight times, nice breakfast and facilities. Even though the room was small it still had everything we needed and was still really nice!

Cons:

my pillow was a little small but they at least provided two of them so a manageable and minor issue really. The shower door did also allow a bit of water out onto the floor, again though a minor issue and nothing a towel couldn't solve.
