- Das Personal war freundlich und hat sein Bestmögliches gegeben, auf Wünsche einzugehen.

Cons:

- Das Badezimmer ist funktional, jedoch empfand ich den Platz im Toilettenbereich als etwas eingeschränkt, was insbesondere für grössere Gäste etwas unkomfortabel sein könnte.
- Beim Frühstücksbereich sehe ich noch Potenzial zur Optimierung der Abläufe, um die Struktur und Übersichtlichkeit für die Gäste zu verbessern.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Starting from the amazing welcoming staff on the reception. Location was amazing. Our room was family and good size for us. We have nice stay here.

Cons:

breakfast could be little bit better it was okey.
Housekeeping- unusual, you need to tell them day before when you want to clean your room. ( and it wasn’t properly cleaned)

Cons:

Zimmer Service: an zwei Tagen kam bis 17 Uhr niemand vorbei, um das Zimmer zu Reinigen.
Zimmer sehr eng, gerade das Badezimmer (trotz DeLuxe DZ).
Frühstücks-Buffet eher schwach im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern.

Perfect location and comfy stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect, room small but cozy. Super comfy bed. Staff was super helpful and friendly, and even met me outside after I couldn’t find the entrance and carried my luggage in.

Cons:

All was perfect.

Sevdiğimiz resepsiyon önünde ki ikram edilen meyveler ve hotelin konumu oldu.

Cons:

Odaların oldukça küçük olduğunu belirtmek isterim; görsellerin biraz yanıltıcı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir tesis için kahvaltı maalesef yetersiz kalıyor. Banyo da oldukça dar ve duş alırken suyun her yere yayılması konforu olumsuz etkiliyor. Ayrıca odada terlik bulunmaması da eksiklik olarak dikkat çekiyor. Bunun yanı sıra, oda duvarlarının çok ince olması sebebiyle yan odadaki sesler net bir şekilde duyuluyor; özellikle duş kullanımı sırasında bu durum rahatsız edici hale geliyor. Yan odaların kapıları kapandığında oluşan gürültü de odada hissediliyor ve bu durum dinlenme konforunu olumsuz etkiliyor.

I asked to change initially and they said no availability but after i checked at Booking com there are rooms even cheaper available, they gave another room.

Jag gillade läget och det mysiga rummet.

Cons:

Jag fick ett rum först som luktade rök och fick byta till ett annat som var bättre.
En morgon kom jag till frukosten kl 10 och då fanns det inte mycket kvar. Inga tallrikar, skålar, skedar, glas eller servetter. Inga grönsaker och det mesta andra ätbart höll på att ta slut. Medan jag satt där fylldes ingenting på. Frukosten stängde inte förrän kl 11.
För att vara ett så dyrt hotell får man ganska lite extra.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, kein Schrank im Zimmer, es hat aber,auch kein Koffer am Boden Platz. Reinigung muss täglich bei der Rezeption bestellt werden
