イベントへの参加でこのホテルを選びました。イベント会場から近く、人通りも多く賑やかな場所で、夜も治安は良く感じました。
窓を開けて、景色を楽しみたかったので、事前にホテルに希望を伝えておきました。
予約状況による、との回答でしたが、3階の大きな窓の中庭に面した静かな部屋を用意していただけました。
エアコンは日本の三菱エアコン。操作が簡単で、快適でした。
電気ケトルとミニ冷蔵庫が有って便利でした。
正確ではないかもしれませんが、コンセントは5ヶ所くらい、USBの差し込み口は3ヶ所有りました。
掃除は基本滞在中は無し。希望すれば掃除してもらえると、チェックインの時に貰った紙に記載されていました。
荷物を広げたままにしておきたかったので、掃除は頼みませんでした。
10時過ぎると掃除のスタッフの方が廊下にいるので、声を掛けて、新しいタオル、トイレットペーパー、コーヒー、ゴミ袋等受け取りました。
外出でスタッフに会えない時は、ドア前に要望を書いた紙と使用済みタオル、ゴミ等を置いておきました。
ビニール袋に新しいタオルを入れて、ドアノブに掛けて貰えました。
朝食会場は混み合うとの書き込みも有りましたが、毎朝、朝食スタートの早い時間に行ったので、2〜3組の方がいらっしゃる程度で、好きなテーブルに座ってゆっくり食事が出来ました。
時間帯や曜日によっては混雑するかもしれません。ゆっくり食事をしたい方は、スタッフに混雑しない時間帯を聞いてみるのもいいかもしれません。
飛行機の時間の関係で早い時間にチェックアウトしたかったので、前日に伝えておきました。
当日のチェックアウトはスムーズでした。事前に確認を取ってOKだったので、チェックアウト後に朝食を食べました。
英語は話せませんが、Google翻訳した文章を紙に書いてホテルとコミュニケーションを取りました。
皆さん親切でした。

Cons:

シャワールームのドアに隙間が有ったので、シャワーを浴びると、トイレ、洗面台の床がびしょ濡れになった。
シャワーのたびに、バスタオルを広げて部屋へ水が流れで行かないように工夫しなくてはいけなかった。

Great rooms in an unbeatable location
Pros:

Stunning room with an amazing view. Fun decoration and room had a lot of windows. Lounge was a very cute spot to hang out and have a drink.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Everything, the staff were personable and helpful. Was steps from Vondelpark and Rik’s museum.

Cons:

If you stay on the floor-1 the windows will not open for fresh air.

Great stay, lovely location
Pros:

It was our second stay there and still the same great quality. We loved the location, the room was super clean and the reception staff was amazing

Cons:

A bit of a loud noise from the street but we live in the middle of nowhere so it probably won't bother the majority of the guests.

Perfect location. Safe & quiet.
Pros:

It’s right next door to the Rijksmuseum & Van Gogh museum- both must sees. Staff were helpful. We had 3 rooms-1 of the single rooms was crazy crazy small. The other 2 were fine.
