Pros:

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Es war sehr nett, dass es ein Schlafset gab (ich hatte meines vergessen), denn wenn Ihr Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegt, kann es etwas laut sein. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem.

Looks way better on the pictures
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the main part of the city, canals, restaurants, museums, shops. Staff was friendly and helpful and assisted with a room upgrade request even though initially they were fully booked.

Cons:

The rooms and the hotel itself look much better on the pictures. The rooms need a proper refresh as there are dents and scratches all over the walls and floors.

Very thin walls. We could hear the alarms of our neighbours in the mornings and water flowing down the pipes.

We got a room upgrade but the room didn't have any hot water. The service man tried fixing it but couldn't so we got a room downgrade after that. The new room did have hot water but outside of the main hours you would have to wait for 5 minutes for water to warm up to a normal temperature.

Breakfasts could have been better, the selection wasn't very nice.

I would say that this hotel is nowhere near 8/10, probably 6/10 is a better rating for it.

Σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέψω.
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό και η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική.Τα παιδιά στην υποδοχή πολύ φιλικά και μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε.

Δεν έχω κάτι δυσάρεστο να πω.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hübsch eingerichtet, es gab einige liebevolle Details, z.B. eine handgeschriebene Willkommenskarte, das Bett war superbequem, die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Leider war das Bad nicht richtig sauber und beim duschen wurde alles nass, da keinerlei Dichtungen vorhanden waren.

Helemaal goed!
Pros:

Lokatie, interieur, ontbijt.

Cons:

Wij zijn in een klein stukje achter het hotel waarvoor je eerst door het restaurant moest lopen.
Ik schoof de vitrage aan de kant en de vensterbank, kit etc waren echt vies! Verder heb ik niks op of aan te merken.

Short stay to attend a concert and then visit museum
Pros:

Like that this was a little bit away from the centre.
Beds were extremely comfy
Liked that there was a kettle in the room.
Found the staff helpful.

Cons:

There was no bar. But I knew that when I booked.

jammer dat op feestdagen het ontbijt weg gaat om 10u30 en niet het weekend uur word aangenomen tot 11u , we kwamen aan het ontbijt om 10u25 en alles werd reeds weg gehaald
