Functional hotel with great location in Amsterdam
Pros:

Great location near Museumplein and an excellent option if you're thinking of moving around by foot, with every tourist attraction nearby, with excellent connection to and from the airport by bus (line 397) that has a stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are small and functional, enough for a shower and to sleep, not recommended if you're looking for spacious rooms and extra comfort, but good quality-price option for tourists on a budget.

la posizione, molto molto comoda.

Cons:

struttura vecchia, pavimenti instabili, letti scricchiolanti, la nostra stanza era veramente veramente piccola e il nostro terrazzo era comunicante con la stanza affianco non lasciando troppa privacy. Altra cosa che abbiamo notato, l’odore non troppo gradevole bei corridoi.

Pros:

Great location, clean rooms basic but just what you need, excellent value

Beds super comfy, could have done with an extra pillow, we didn’t ask though I’m sure the staff would have obliged if we did they where lovely

Pros:

It’s decent for an overnight stay, not more not less.

Cons:

It was extremely hot in the room, if you are traveling in the summer, beware of that. Especially the top bunk.

Her şey harikaydı
Pros:

Resepsiyon görevlileri nazik ve yardımseverdi. Odamı ücretsiz olarak daha geniş ve balkonlu bir odaya yükselttiler, her şey sorunsuzdu. Rahat bir konaklama sağlandı, diğer oda kapılarının açılıp kapanması dışında bir gürültü yoktu. Yataklar çok rahat, odam temizdi ve ihtiyacım olan her sey mevcuttu. Hemen sokağın başında supermarket vardı. Konumu cok iyiydi müzeler bölgesine 2 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hemen sokağın basindan da tramvay geçiyor ulaşım da çok rahattı. Otelden havalimanina tek vesait otobüsle ulaşım mümkün ve kısa sürüyor. Tramvay ile merkez tren garından aktarma yaparak da havalimanina ulaşım sağlanabiliyor.

Pros:

Zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos della città.
Posizione comoda, a pochi passi dai principali musei e centro città raggiungibile a piedi.
Fermata dell'autobus che porta all'aeroporto e supermercato dietro l'angolo.
Utilissima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.

Dimensioni della camera molto ridotte e moquette presente ovunque.

Sauberkeit, Komfort und Sicherheit sind so mangelhaft, dass wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel ist die Lage. Direkt am Van-Gogh-Museum gelegen, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider hört es damit aber auch schon auf. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Hotel konnte in keinem anderen Bereich überzeugen. Service, Ausstattung und allgemeiner Zustand entsprachen nicht den Erwartungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht.
Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Die hervorragende Lage allein reicht nicht aus, um die vielen Schwächen auszugleichen.

Cons:

Bereits von außen macht das Hotel keinen guten Eindruck. Betritt man den Eingangsbereich vor der Rezeption, wird dieser Eindruck bestätigt: Es ist dunkel, muffig und wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Der Check-in verlief zwar unkompliziert, doch das war einer der wenigen positiven Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts.
Besonders kritisch fand ich die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Dabei handelt es sich lediglich um eine unverschlossene Abstellkammer ohne Kennzeichnung der Gepäckstücke. Theoretisch könnte jeder einfach eine Tasche mitnehmen, ohne dass es auffällt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch und lieblos eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer waren die Fugen teilweise verschimmelt und aus einem mitten im Raum befindlichen Bodenabfluss stieg ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Dieser wirkte zudem sehr provisorisch eingebaut. Im gesamten Hotel lag ein muffiger Geruch in der Luft.
Die Fenster saßen teilweise nicht mehr richtig in den Rahmen und verfügten nur über eine einfache Verglasung. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und äußerst unbequem. In unserem Vierbettzimmer gab es lediglich eine Steckdose. Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht, auf dem Teppich befanden sich Flecken und selbst die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und wiesen Verunreinigungen auf.
Auch das Sicherheitsgefühl ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel ist rund um die Uhr frei zugänglich. Es gibt weder einen Nachtportier noch eine Zugangskontrolle per Zimmerkarte. Jeder kann jederzeit das Gebäude betreten. In der heutigen Zeit halte ich das für nicht akzeptabel. Dadurch fühlten wir uns insbesondere nachts nicht sicher.
Wir haben zum Glück nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung waren die Lage und der vergleichsweise günstige Preis. Nach dieser Erfahrung wissen wir jedoch: Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und dafür in einer sauberen, sicheren und angenehmen Unterkunft übernachten. Dieses Hotel würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen und können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
