My family and I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove three or more times, and there is a reason we keep coming back. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our Disneyland trips, but what truly makes this property stand out is its exceptional staff.

A special thank you to Divina, the night auditor. After a long day at the parks, it was always a pleasure returning to the hotel and being greeted by her smiling face. No matter how late it was, she was always happy, welcoming, and genuinely seemed glad to see guests returning for the evening. On our most recent stay, we arrived back at the hotel after 1:00 a.m. and requested a late checkout since checkout was at noon. She graciously accommodated our request and allowed us to check out at 1:00 p.m. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made our stay that much more enjoyable.

We also want to recognize Khaud, who manages the breakfast area. What impressed us most was that he remembered our family from a previous stay. That personal touch meant a lot to us and made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. Every morning he greeted us with a smile, made sure everything was running smoothly, and went above and beyond to create a great experience.

The only thing I wish Hilton would reconsider is awarding Hilton Honors points on vacation package bookings. We stayed a total of five nights during this trip and would have loved to earn points for our stay. Unfortunately, because we booked a vacation package, points were not awarded. That is certainly not the fault of the hotel or its staff, and it did not impact the quality of our experience.

At the end of the day, employees like Divina and Khaud are the reason we remain loyal to the Hilton brand. Their outstanding hospitality turns a good hotel stay into a great one and keeps us coming back year after year. Thank you both for consistently making our family feel at home. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove.

The hotel was great! The room was clean, check-n process was easy, and it was in a pretty nice location. The sun doesn't get much sun after 4pm which was a bummer, since I was working during the day, but other than that, it was a great place. The beds were comfortable, in-room coffee available, and walking to the store or food was convenient. Also, a nice fitness center!

Breakfast, staff were very helpful.

The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. The restaurant was awesome. Views were very pleasant Staff was exceptional in service with outstanding attitudes!

We had a very good stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

I would especially like to commend a member of the Food & Beverage team, Tarren, for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made every dining experience enjoyable and memorable.

I would also like to recognize the Food & Beverage Manager for being attentive and genuinely caring about the guest experience. It was greatly appreciated that they regularly checked on us, asked how we were doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything met our expectations. Their dedication to guest satisfaction reflects very positively on the hotel and its team.

Hotel front desk was awsum & Tareem @ the breakfast bar was amazing.

We had a great time and they took amazing care of us! We sadly had to leave early because of the chemical leak a few miles away which was frustrating but the Manager Samantha reached out and absolutely rectified the situation and we cannot wait to come back and stay with them again soon!

Rooms are clean and new. It’s very near to downtown disney. Staff are nice, especially Divina. Breakfast is great due to healthy menu, serving food for diabetics person. Highly recommended 🧡
