We would stay her again.
Pros:

Breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold, and it was well cooked. The breakfast staff was attentive.
Check in and check out were smooth. Our room was clean, quiet, and we appreciated the refrigerator. Self-parking had enough space.
The location is very good, close to the intersection that crosses to the Disneyland Resorts (and the lines to enter the parks). For people that might want a break during the day or have tired feet by midnight, this is a welcome aspect.

Cons:

Toilet required 2 flushes every time to flush. The bathroom also had a very funky smell that I think they tried to cover up with bleach. It was almost unbearable the smell of bleach, it was overpowering. Garbage truck comes very early and it is very loud for hotels on both sides and for this hotel.
We go back during the middle of the day for naps and even with AC blowing full blast and a noise machine we could hear and were woken up by some kind of facilities carts, cleaning or laundry etc. very loud on the concrete and the cracks in the concrete.
