Just a bed for the night in a great location.
Pros:

Opportunity to grab a quick breakfast before walking across the road to the parks was great.

Cons:

VERY noisy aircon. If opening a window was an option we wouldn't have had to use but outside noise and no air flow prevented this.

The hotel that we paid a hefty price for didn't even clean our room everyday.
Pros:

The flight was smooth and airport staff extremely helpful in securing transportation for us since your taxi service I paid for never showed up.

Cons:

Your taxi service did not call me as I requested since I use a flip phone and cannot use apps. I am in the process of receiving a refund but will never again use this service; lesson learned.

My little family and I love how close it was to the entrance of Disneylan. Not only that, the communication from the staffs was great. Everyone welcomed us and made our stay so smooth.
Thank you to Kimberly for helping me with the check in. We were able to get check in an hour early and the rooms was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was amazing and our little family enjoyed every thing about it. We can't wait to come back at our next visit!

The location is great! The room was clean the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pillows were too small. But I am being picky on this. It is a small inconvenience as I was still comfortable it was just odd that the pillows were so small.

Overall great price for comfortable stay. Comfortable beds very quiet area. Great place to stay within walking distance to parks. Very close I feel that I’ve walked more when I used to park in Disney parking structures.
