The standout feature of this hotel is its location—it’s just a very short walk to the park, which made everything incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and great coffee. The breakfast staff truly made the experience even better; they were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.

Cons:

The property feels quite run-down, with very small rooms and a cramped bathroom. Noise from outside carries easily into the room, which could be an issue for light sleepers. We usually sleep with white noise, so it didn’t bother us much, but it’s something to keep in mind. We spent most of our time at the park and only used the room to shower and sleep, so it worked for our needs. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet stay, this may not be the best choice.

First time staying here, very likely the last. Housekeeping, maintc. bfast staff were great though.

Not comfortable but very close to Disneyland.
Pros:

The location was great because it was right across the street from Disneyland which made taking breaks at the hotel and getting to Disneyland early in the morning very easy for the family. The breakfast was also very nice and plenty of snacks and water filling stations to go before a day at Disneyland.

Cons:

Very outdated, kind of dirty, mold in the bathroom. The pool would intermittently be closed which is unfortunate when you have kids with you that were looking forward to swimming. The gym was a few hotels over at their sister hotel and it was kind of run down as well. The hotel was definitely not the most comfortable the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The outside sewage in the street was kind of gross walking through on the way to Disneyland. Also it should be noted that the garbage trucks will undoubtedly wake everyone up every day between 5:30-6:30am.

You’re paying for location over anything with this motel. Overall it was clean and we felt safe.

Location was great. Breakfast was an easy quick grab and go.

Cons:

The room needed some extra care. Paint was peeling in bathroom. The toilet was not sealed correctly to the ground and moved around. The escutcheon plate wasn’t sealed correctly. Bathroom door was sticky. There was gaps on the door entering the room needs weathering strips. The room overall was dark.

Best western was above and beyond my expectations definitely the best option for a couple going to D

You couldn't get any closer to Disneyland. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast made getting started in the morning easier. The rooms where clean and comfortable. I don't remember the last time I was this happy with a hotel. They also make things easy for someone with mobility challenges
