Howard Johnson by Wyndham Fullerton/Anaheim Conference Cntr

1. Burn mark in rug
2. shower rod was falling off the wall
3. put me and 85 year old at the end of the all in room 428 so I had to walk half a mile to get to my room.
4. only on baggage carrier and had to wait for some one to go find the carrier and bring it to us and the wait was over a half hour.
5. The young lady at the reception desk was not very kind to my age or situation when I tried to explain that I needed a baggage carrier and that she put me at the end of the hall from the elevator.
6. only 1 elevator and had to wait forever for an elevator
7. This building must be a throw back to the Red Roof Howard Johnson days and needs a total update.
And I am old enough to remember Howard Johnson hay days and it was always great it is a shame this Hotel does not live up to Wyndham standards.
I will never again stay in one of your hotels if I travel again to So. Cal.

This hotel was so ran down and dirty. It had so bad reviews but the picture on the website were nice. We were in room 120. The carpet and wall were dirty and damaged. Base board were dirty and coming off. Graffiti outside the swimming pool on the lounge chairs the hot tub has a fence around it with caution, tape and sandbags. All the furniture was damaged. Chipped cracked broken, even the lamps. In the breakfast room the had 4 toasters for toast and waffles and none of them worked. After checking in I tried to move to a better hotel but everything in the area was booked.
I did complain on line expecting to get a response from Wyndham, but the hotel responded offering me a free night.😂. I wouldn’t stay there if the paid me to.

Very disappointed in the Wyndham company.

Location is great and friendly. Everything is simply too old. This was a second time staying there. Will not stay again no matter how low cost.

Nothing, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Scrambled egg being the only "hot food" served daily until Saturday & Sunday when only then its a sausages and bacon, which are distusting - not only did I complain about this . ... I was greeted by a lovely cockroach as I was getting into the first lift by the reception,

the hygiene standards of this hotel are shockingly bad. I wouldn't want my family at this hotel or anywhere near the grounds.

The only positive were the staff. Lacee being the nicer one out of the 3 who the other two did not give a F*** about my time at the hotel

I really enjoyed how there were many food options nearby and it was really easy to uber to a from the park (10 minutes each way depending on traffic. Shuttle service is offered too!

The price and staff where great.

We stayed here because of its proximity to Disney and because it offered a free shuttle to both parks, which we found very useful. We know it's not a 5-star hotel (in fact, I doubt it even reaches 3 stars), but it's really bad. It doesn't look like the photos. I had seen reviews before booking, but honestly, in person it's horrible, old, and quite dirty. I felt very uneasy staying there because the hotel's appearance is really bad, it smells awful, and I even found cockroaches in the room. Their "breakfast" is also quite bad, with few options and a rather unpleasant, artificial taste. The staff is friendly, but this hotel really needs to be renovated urgently.

Quiet

We stayed here for our most recent Disneyland trip due to a lot of the closer hotels being booked. The property is definitely dated but clean. We liked the option of a free breakfast (even though we never used it) and the free shuttle was also a nice add on. The few interactions we had with the staff were good and anytime we needed something (extra towels or pillows) it was quickly addressed.
