Nasty and stinky hotel. No lie
Pros:

Not even exaggerating but this hotel is the absolute worst. There are probably hostels and hotels in the hood much nicer than this. Used condoms in the parking lot, paint peeling everywhere and walking down the hallways almost feels like a county jail. Smells like mildew everywhere and only had one outlet to plug in your phones. The staff was nice but that's about it..spend like 10 more bucks and stay in a clean and more decent spot. I guess they have a free shuttle to DL

Customer Service was fine.

Cons:

The rooms had water damage. It smelled wet and the walls and the bathroom ceiling were wet also.
the bathroom toilet had severe damage behind the toilet, and you could see the walls had not been repaired. I assume people take things a lot too, as the soap/ shampoo/ lotion were all mounted in the shower and vanity wall (Lol).
If you have a family and want to breathe right, I would not recommend this location.
Oh, and in closing the hallway to the rooms had smelly and dirty carpet. I did request a microwave for the room, and once opened if was dirty (lol)

BLOOD FILTH AND DISRESPECTFUL HOUSEKEEPERS

I HAVE BEEN BOOKING ROOMS HERE FOR SOMETIME NOW AND THIS PAST WEEKEND EXPERIENCE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! I HAD A BAD ALLERGIC REACTION TO A DOG BEING IN THE SAME ELEVATOR AS ME EVENTHO PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PROPERTY THE HOUSEKEEPER JUANNA KNOCKED SO HARD ON MY DOOR EARLY IN THE MORNING IT SCARED THE LIFE OUT OF MY YOUNG SON AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL HER TO COME BACK AND ASK WHY SHE SAID THAT SHE KEPT WALKING THE BEDDING AND TOWELS WERE SUPER OLD AND SMELLED AND THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE ROOM WALL IT WAS HORRIBLE AND ITS GETTING WORSE THERE AND THEN THE ROOM WAS MISSING CUPS FOR COFFEE AND DRINKS AND THE DARN SMOKE DETECTOR WAS GONE!!
