Disappointing from the start. Key card was "sensitive" according to the staff.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Front desk Staff was unfriendly(Cassie). No response from the hotel on the matter. Ice machine broken on our floor. Iron burn on the carpet that was hard and my family kept stepping on it. Black spots on the mirror.

Honestly, aside from the staff being nice at the front desk. I didn’t enjoy the stay one bit. The hotel could use some major updates. The rooms were not nice. Restrooms looked dirty. We stayed in room 126 and you can see a visible crack on the ceiling which was very scary for me. I felt like at any point the top floors were going to fall through. I specifically called the hotel the day before our stay to inquire about whether or not the pool was open and they stated yes. I also asked if the pool was heated and they also confirmed it was. That was not true one bit. The pool water was freezing and not heated at all. Overall, very disappointing stay.

el transporte a Disney, lo unico rescatable

Cons:

No hay microondas en todo el hotel. (ni habitaciones ni comedor) - Desayuno bastante limitado. Huevos revueltos, tostadas y alguna fruta. Se corto la luz durante la noche y por varias horas. Personal no es muy cortes. El hotel es viejo . Solo modernizaron el lobby.

Très bon hôtel car petit déjeuner inclus évite de trop dépenser niveau petit déjeuner, personnel assez accueillant juste
