The hotel had no hot water there was not good pluming we had to flush 3 times for the toilet to work

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
It’s better to pay an extra $50 and choose another hotel than to deal with stress, humiliation, and a complete mismatch between what was promised and what was actually provided. The front desk employee was rude and unprofessional when I asked her to provide the confirmed crib for my baby. The room was missing several amenities that were clearly advertised on the hotel’s website, including hot water, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Instead of the room we expected, we were given an old, worn-out room that looked nothing like the photos online—the only things that appeared clean and well-maintained were the towels and the bed linens.

The room smell terribly bad. When I place reservation I agree to pay time of arrival.
When I got to the hotel they said I was already charge cuz hotel was full .dont think they should do that if I made a reservation means I will show up

Think twice before staying here.
Pros:

It was a great price, until I saw the facility.

Cons:

The carpet in the entire facility was filthy. The room smelled and I didnt feel comfortable staying there and checked out asap.
