6.5
Mixed signals: many guests explicitly praised cleanliness (rooms, updated property), but several mentions of dirty restrooms, bad room smells, and one report that the hotel was 'not very clean.' Overall slightly below target.
Service
6.8
Mixed service reports: several reviews note friendly and helpful staff, but multiple strong complaints about unprofessional or cold/front-desk attitude and poor responsiveness (e.g., extra pillow denied, slow/unhelpful Wi‑Fi support).
Location
9
Consistently positive: many reviewers noted central location, proximity to restaurants and freeways, and plenty of parking. Location is a clear strength for most guests.
Room Quality
6.4
Room condition is uneven: some rooms described as clean and comfortable, others noted outdated facilities, noisy AC units, weak shower pressure, poor lighting, and unpleasant smells—overall below average.
Amenities
6.6
Amenities showed issues: breakfast setup is basic, pool availability problems (closed/unavailable for some guests), broken vending machine, and complaints about noise from nearby venues. Some positives (pool when available) but inconsistent.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed but leaning positive: several guests called the price acceptable or good value and noted 'value money,' though a few mentioned the price felt high. Overall perceived as slightly better than average value.
Food and Beverage
6.7
Breakfast received the most consistent criticism: described as limited or disappointing by multiple guests (same items repeated), though some guests found the breakfast acceptable or good. Overall slightly below target.
Overall Experience
7
Overall sentiment is mixed: multiple comfortable or repeat stays reported, but several strong negative experiences (unprofessional staff, poor cleanliness in spots, noisy nights). The net experience is close to the target but slightly below neutral-positive.
