Pros:

The staff were very friendly, especially those who were in charge of the continental breakfast. I loved the fitness center, pool and garden area. And enjoyed the breakfast options. We were super close to Disneyland! Used Lyft priority when trying to get around since we came during the Natural Products Expo conference.

Having to pay $25 for parking on-site

Pros:

Close walking distance to down town disney, had a great view of California Adventure. Many breakfast options and it was tasty

It would’ve been nice to receive a confirmation email so that we could have stayed at the facility. We were charged full
Pros:

We never stayed there because we never got a confirmation email about our booking or an email the day before about our booking so we ended up having to place a new hotel reservation in the same area. We were quite disappointed because all we could remember was that we were staying at the best Western, but there are so many in Southern California. It was hard to narrow down which one.

Cons:

Wish we could rate the property equally or even give it a proper reading, but since we never received a confirmation email, we never stayed there

Overall good stay. Felt safe even in a first floor room with a toddler. Proximity to Disney was amazing.
Pros:

Location to Disney with a toddler was excellent. Just a short 10 minute walk. Couldn’t beat the convenience. The daily breakfast was good also with many options to choose from.

Cons:

The carpets in the room were filthy. You take your shoes off for a few minutes and your feet showed it. The floors are in desperate need of significant cleaning and/or replacing. The rooms are also quite dark. Everything in dark oranges and browns make it dull and drab even with every light on. The property would benefit from some upgrades and lightening of the rooms.

Had a great stay with an easy walk to Disney.
Pros:

The location was only a 20 minute walk from Disney. The value of the hotel was great, especially for how close it was to the parks. I wasn’t in my room for more then to sleep but everything was great with my experience of checking in, out, and overall.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like. Everything went well for me.

Pros:

Great location to the parks but the walk seems kinda long at night walking back when your so tired. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!! Great choices of food everyday! Bed and bedding where comfy! Housekeeping keeps your room super clean everyday!

Cons:

The traffic noise at night is terrible!! Hard to sleep!

Pros:

La proximité avec le parc Disney (environ 10min à pied du Disney village et 20min de l’entrée des parcs)
Chambre plutôt propre mais commence à être vétuste

Cons:

Nous avions réservé un séjour pour 5 personnes (4 adultes + 1 ado), en une seule chambre. Cependant à notre arrivée il y a avait seulement 2 lits doubles. Nous avons dû négocier longtemps afin de pouvoir avoir un lit supplémentaire sans supplément (initialement payant mais non mentionné lors de la réservation) et en réalité nous avons eu un « lit » à roulette vraiment inconfortable. La chambre pour 5 est vraiment trop petite et inconfortable au vu de ces éléments. Cependant cette chambre pour 3 personnes serait correcte.
