Overall is good. Zumi (cant recall the name) the graveyard shift lady at the front desk is so accomodating and helpful.

The Inn is adequate, the price is right. There can be improvements made like upgrading the AC system and providing bette

Within walking distance to Downtown Disney. It has on-site parking . Price includes breakfast and the breakfast food is good.
Property is kept relatively clean. Location is not on a busy road.

Cons:

AC in the room is noisy. It felt a bit humid inside the room. The breakfast room is really crowded and is hard to find place to sit.

Cons:

I had made the reservation through Booking.com and I was the main guess, all would have been fine, except at the last minute I couldn't make the trip, so my wife and friends (same last Name) went without me. when she arrived, the hotel check-in would not release the rooms unless I was there which was impossible, They would not do anything for my wife to accommodate or at least look into it further, My wife had to call me, I then called the hotel and they bluntly told me no they would not release the rooms. I would have make any changes through Booking.com They would not even give me a phone number who to call and what makes this ironic is that it was my wife's personal credit card had paid in full, all the rooms , It was just that my name was listed as the main guess That was it. They did not care. I had to leave my work and go home, as the phone was too hard for me to figure out, I had find the direct number to call Booking.com / B.com was very attentive did all the changes on the web site, I then called hotel again and they said no , still They would not release the room, that B.com still had to call them. I had to call B.com again and ask B.com to call the hotel, then everything was good,,,,, the hotel was very unhelpful and blunt, God forbid if I wasn't unattainable my wife and family would have to repurchase another room at a different hotel if they could find one, Very stressful, and time consuming , Absolutely no thanks to the hotel staff.

Perfect location to both parks and also a great breakfast with lots of selections as well.
Pros:

The location is very close to Downtown Disney which is a way into both parks. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk and is all on a sidewalk.
