Great except for running out of hot water for a shower.

Generally, the service is faily good.
Pros:

The room facility and the room are clean and neat.

Cons:

Insufficient supplies in the room. I need to request additional toiletries like toothpaste,toothbrush,slippers. Microwave was never installed during my stays. The biggest issue is the coffee/tea maker, super dirty, noodles left in the maker. The coffee/tea maker is the most unpleasant thing in my experience. Coffee,tea and bottled water needs to request by staff.
Unfortunately, gym is closed due to renovation which is kind of disappointing.

Good, walkable, but expensive
Pros:

Clean, good location, good room, close to subway and restaurants within half a mile or so.

Cons:

Expensive. Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay. Heating/cooling system was not very adjustable - we were really hot in our room.

I’m satisfied with the room size and the location; otherwise, there’s nothing much to say.

The room is quite bright and spacious.

Cons:

Calling the front desk was very slow, and waiting for the elevator took a long time.
