Could have been better taking into consideration the rate.
Pros:

The location, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons:

The room was not fully equipped, no body wash in the shower, hand soap. The chair was dirty with women grain looking things in the crevices. Room was so humid

Lovely stay in Boston
Pros:

Great location, lovely housekeeping staff and very clean!

Cons:

Property overcharged my card twice without getting permission first and had 4 different explanations for the reason why it occurred - final explanation was their system error because we had booked through a 3rd party system - adding the temporary $100 incidental fees per day is one thing - adding over twice that in two separate charges and not removing it for 3-4 days is another altogether. Do better.

The staff was great, each person I interacted with was very polite and provided excellent service. room was clean and they cleaned it each day.

Cons:

Shower pressure was weak and the cost for parking was very high

Another great stay!
Pros:

We have stayed at the hotel many times over the years and always enjoy our time here. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. This time was no exception! Our recent stay was during a very busy weekend, as the hotel was full of soccer and baseball fans. Even during the busiest of times, we really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and had breakfast there each morning and dinner one evening. We would like to express our appreciation to the restaurant staff who also made a family gathering very special for us. Thank you to Gloria, Jasoda, Guesh, Claudia R. and Claudia S. We will be back!
