Pros:

Absolutely best front desk staff. We loved chatting with Annalisa and Carla. They were so kind and fun. Room was clean and comfy. Great location. Loved the water bottle filling station and feee coffee and lounge.

Cons:

A/C was broken during our stay, but they provided a fan.

L’accueil et le breakfast. Le breakfast est très bon mais si vous avez un train à prendre vous allez certainement le rater. Le service est très lent.

Pros:

The location was fabulous and the beds were plush just how I like them. Especially enjoyed the free cappuccino machine in the lounge area for specialty coffees.

Cons:

The parking was about a block away with discounted fees charging 27 dollars per 24 hours but no in-and-out convenience.

Pros:

The location of this place is amazing, especially if you are exploring Boston on foot. The fact that there is a fabulous English pub downstairs makes it even better! After long days of exploring beautiful Boston, it was perfect to just amble in before we went upstairs .
The reception staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

The only disappointing thing was "the kitchen". There was a little kitchenette with a microwave but absolutely nothing else. No cutlery, bowls, plates etc. All the cupboards and drawers were empty. Some wine glasses would have been nice.

Visiting Boston downtown
Pros:

Walking distance from the train station, close to main touristic attractions, confortable rooms, friendly staff. Even though there was no breakfast included in my rate, there is a pub beside it, with a connection to the hotel, serving delicious food at affordable prices. Definitely recommend it.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist spitze.

Convenient location for public transport and lots of walkable attractions nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated that they have a system to not share your room number aloud which was great from a safety perspective and you can have this text or emailed. Coffee and tea machine in the downstairs lounge was a great feature alongside the water machines with refillable bottles provided. Comfy room, no issues with cleanliness or noise.

Estancia para Boda, como en casa

Ubicacion del hotel inmejorable, a 8 minutos andando de la Estacion Sur de Tren y Bus, ademas habitaciones muy bien de espacio aunque el baño muy justo.
Resaltar a MAYA, por su simpatica y prestaciones. y tambien a CARLA, que ademas podemos añadir que al tratarnos en Español, lo hacia todo muy sencillo

El alto precio del hotel, aunque en Boston estan muy altos. Podrían distinguirse por ajustarlos un poco mas que seguro que lo llenaban a diario.
