Staying here is full of disappointment
Pros:

The sound proof is very good in the room. The bed is firm and comfortable. The location is good and walk to a few attractions.

Cons:

After my booking was confirmed, I received several messages from the hotel encouraging me to join their loyalty program and download a digital room key. Despite multiple attempts, the digital key never worked. When I contacted the hotel online, I was told that bookings made through third‑party platforms must be manually entered into their system before the digital key can be activated, and that the front desk would handle it. However, after several follow‑ups, nothing was done and no one responded. One month later, the front desk finally replied—only to say that the loyalty program does not apply to third‑party bookings and that digital keys are only available on the day of check‑in. Even after this, I continued receiving automated messages asking me to download the digital key.

When we arrived at the hotel with several pieces of luggage, we struggled with the two heavy glass doors at the entrance. A staff member stood behind the doors watching but did not offer to help or even hold the door. I understand he may not be a bellboy, but simply holding the door would have been appreciated.

We had booked a one‑bedroom ensuite with a kitchenette and requested a higher‑floor room. Instead, we were assigned Room 216, which was essentially a slightly larger standard room with a sofa. The ‘kitchenette’ consisted only of a small microwave oven on top of a mini fridge. Ther room is located at the lowest floor possible.

I will not recommend anyone to stay with any Club Quarters hotel.

Good value hotel in Boston.
Pros:

Well sized room, very friendly staff handling packages sent to hotel. Complementary coffee was a nice touch. Well connected with public transportation.

Love Boston and this hotel was so convenient. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Pros:

I loved the location and the latte machine in the guest living room area. Also really liked the reusable water bottles and access to purified water at all times.

Cons:

It’s an older building that could use some TLC but very acceptable. Very comfortable bed with windows that open.

The location was brilliant with close proximity to the main attractions. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. There was drinking water and bottles available on the landing. Free coffee and water in the lounge in reception. Luggage storage on arrival and departure

Cons:

The bedroom was old fashioned, the bathroom in need of updating. Only one coffee pod for 2 of us. No complimentary biscuits or snacks. Room snacks were extortionate prices. Would benefit from a breakfast area.

Die Lage war gut. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Alles ist sehr alt. Handtücher waren dreckig. Das Klo befand sich direkt vor dem Waschbecken. Die Dusche war mit Vorhang. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert und es gab nur Streaming TV in schlechter Qualität.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We arrived a couple of hours before the check-in time, and since our room was already ready, we were allowed to check in early. This was especially appreciated because it was very cold and raining outside.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. They also include a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and there is a water dispenser available in the hallway.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing negative to mention. Overall, it was a very good experience. Having a restaurant on-site is definitely a plus. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

A decent stay. Wouldn’t want to stay here again unless they upgrade the hotel- it’s quite outdated.

Very close to downtown and not far from the airport

Cons:

It’s very dated, needs a serious upgrade. Was very let down by it because it’s in the city and looks old. Some parts of the room were dusty.
