Great location right downtown. Easy to walk to all kinds of shopping, pubs and great food. Annalisa was so welcoming and guided us through parking and even gave us fantastic recommendations for food. Beds were really comfortable and rooms are very small but clean.
Emplacement
Personnel peu souriant sauf Analisia qui est très dynamique et serviable, les autres devraient la prendre comme exemple!
Petit déjeuner très voire trop américain !!
Location
Quality for the cost was poor
Good location Great staff
Usurious pricing during World Cup for very basic room. $800 for 1 night!
Quiet boutique hotel in downtown Boston within walking distance of parks, restaurants, and visitor sites.
The front desk staff were excellent! Checking in was a breeze. Upon arriving, we were greeted and assisted by a hostess with a great personality (didn't catch her name). Annalisa was very helpful upon check out. I love thee CQ properties because if the access to refillable water stations on each floor, as well as the coffee machines available. Our shower was a dream! It had GREAT water pressure, which was very helpful after our night out in Boston.
The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a very good location being only a few minutes walk from many well known shops plus less than 10 minutes walk to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Markets. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure. The room was also spacious for two of us.
It is rather dated. The hotel room doors make quite a noise when closing (unavoidable) and so if anyone is entering or leaving late at night or very early in the morning it would wake me.
A very central location within walking distance of so many items on my "to visit" list. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. I also loved the fact that I was also able to open the window. The shower pressure was excellent and having a great restaurant/bar next door was a great addition. Also, coffee, water (both sparkling and still) and ice were available at all times. This was amazing!
On our departure day, we asked could we have a late check out as our flight did not leave until the late afternoon. The girl at reception was very unhelpful; made a drama about it; refused and said we could leave our bags in reception instead. I would advise she get some training in customer service. On the other hand, the gentlemen on reception couldn't have been nicer.
Man ist direkt im Stadtzentrum und kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir hatten ein Quensize Bett gebucht. Das war sehr bequem aber nur normal groß
Location is the best you can get. The room was pretty small but perfect for my stay as we were busy and always out of the room at events/exploring Boston. Carla was absolutely amazing!! We came for the world cup and she ensured our room was ready early so we would make it on time to the game, helped us validate our parking with the hotel discount, and she held our bags after checkout so we could continue exploring the city before our departure! She truly made this experience what it was!
Friendly reception staff (shout out to Carla). Good location. Straightforward unfussy accommodation.
Very well located and very nice people. A special thanks to Annalisa who did all she could to please and help us.
The breakfast deal in the bar across the hotel was very nice. The room was big and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
The hotel and room was quite worn down. The smell of the carpet in the hallways was quite interesting. However the room felt clean, even though it was a bit old.
Very comfortable rooms, excellent lication and very pleasant helpful staff
All good
Right in the center of Boston. Friendly staff and great rooms, very clean and comfortable.
Clean and convenient to where we wanted to be
Great location, room was ideal. Could maybe have done with a fridge but was quiet and comfortable. The staff were great including Annalisa and Carla. Would definitely recommend staying there.
Great hotel. Reception is fantastic. Annalisa and Carla are an sbsolute asset to the hotel. They deserve a huge pay rise.
