Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston

It’s a little challenging to find with the road, but it’s right next to a pub which is great

It check-in Carla was just superb and very helpful as well as throughout the day. She’s amazing.

The room is a little small but it’s an older building so that’s to be expected but it’s an excellent condition. The water pressure is great. The temperature was great. The TV had a couple of weird things going on with it, but it was fine.

I like the location in proximity to everything especially the north end. Definitely a recommend.

The location was perfect for business meetings. The cleanliness of the room was good, with the only complaint being that there was no body wash available, only a bar of soap, which felt like being transported to the 70's. Noise level was not great as it was an adjoining room, so subject to neighbors. The highlight of the stay was Taya and Annalisa, they were the pinnacles of professionalism, friendliness and attitude a real credit to Club Quarters

The experience was great overall. It’s one of the best quality-price ratio hotels I’ve ever stayed at: clean, well organized, and offered at a reasonable price. Maya and Annalisa at the front desk were incredibly helpful, they even allowed me to check in early, which was especially appreciated on a cold and rainy day.

The room was simply perfect and had everything I needed, with perhaps the only exception being a pair of room slippers. I would definitely recommend it.

Location is perfect, it has some coffee places near by and also shops, easy to walk to td garden and everything we visited.
Room was nice, actually bigger that what I expected from the pictures. Beds very comfortable

Location is perfect to get around Boston the reception team of Shawn. Annalisa and Maya supported me and hotel good value

Staff very friendly and helpful. The overall hotel was clean and peaceful. The front desk host where very resourceful.

Annalisa & Maya are two rockstars. They made me feel super welcomed and comfortable, helped me with shopping tips, and made themselves available whenever I needed.
The rooms are very comfortable, perfect for a business trip, with nice views. The bed is super soft.
Loved it — I will come back and bring my team.

Stayed here three nights on business. I had never stayed at a club Quarter Hotel before and was very pleasantly impressed.

The bed was comfortable, the room had a good size desk for working, shower had good hot water and pressure. Room was small, but adequate. Front desk staff was very friendly. There is water and coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. And the best perk I had not seen before was a water filter station with reusable bottles on every floor. I love that and hydrated a lot more as a result.

Location was also great. Close to the south street train station and lots of restaurants. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Boston.

Great location and nice pub restaurant in the hotel was v convenient. Most of all, outstanding service from reception staff, Maya made my stay experience perfect.

Comfortable rooms in the centre of town. Maya and Clara in reception were wonderfully helpful, arranging things to fit my schedule.

We have visited this hotel now numerous occasions and the reason we re book is because the staff Maya and her team are extremely friendly and helpful n another level of being professional.
it's an ideal location for what we like to visit , The food is amazing with a bar that shows sport but doesn't get over packed..
It's 3 mins from the high street 8 mins from Boston Common the rooms are a little dated but have everything you need and are very clean with friendly cleaning staff..
There is free purified water on each level and coffee water in the lobby ..
We've stopped in a few places in Boston but none as professional and friendly as this hotel (Club Quarters)

Amazing check-in with Annalisa and Maya! The staff is great, very nice and extremely available. Early check-in went very smoothly.
