Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Downtown! The complimentary all day breakfast is such a huge plus! But most importantly, the staff is absolutely lovely, especially Annalisa and Carla that made the stay dxtremely pleasant. They were super helpful, attentive, patient and very efficient. I cannot thank them enough. They are superstars!!!

La salle de bain était horrible et vieille et glauque . Lorsque je suis arrivé, j’ai dû payer de l’argent en plus que le prix de l’hôtel, je m’attendais pas à ce que l’addition soit élevé comme ça donc je suis déçu surtout que ça ne va pas le prix

Location was so close to centre and hotel itself was nice, water fountains and tea/coffee always available

Cons:

The mattresses were very hard, beds uncomfortable, cleaners didnt seem to come around often.
