We loved the layout of the room, the pool, and the staff gave us an early check-in which was appreciated!

Cons:

Our floor was very noisy and we were in the room right in the middle of it. There were kids running up and down the halls for much of the day and into the night. We had to turn on a lot of white noise to drown it out.

It seemed like they maybe put all the bookings with kids on the same floor but we are quite rigid with our kids about being very quiet in hotels so it would have been nice to be in a quieter area.

Too expensive for what was provided
Pros:

Location was good.
Decent parking even when peak times.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and not enough space to sit etc.
Pool was on the colder side.
Room was ok lots of problems like stuff broken or not really finished.
No complimentary coffee like promised.
Very expensive.

Clean, quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Everything was great! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sound-proofing was good. The decor was nice and I feel like they thought of every little comfort, from warm lighting to lots of places to put/hang stuff. We would definitely stay here again.
