Pros:

Accessible room , great.
Wide doorways,
Easy to use lights
Easy open doors
Adjustable window blinds
Wide work desk
Easy to access sofa seating

**Most of the outlets don't work.**

Included Breakfast is barely edible. Food is.lukewarm, and low quality.


Staff is excellent , responsive, polite, helpful

Cons:

A better breakfast buffet would get our recommendation for re stays. Holiday inn can do better

A high quality Continental would be better . More fresh fruits and fresh breads. Keeping hot food hot, cold food cold.
Healthier options.
Condiments and cutlery easily accessible


Muffins were not well baked, and were very high sugar

There should be a convience market in lobby for small items and snacks.


Plugs that dont work are a problem **Needed for medical equipment

Pros:

We loved the layout of the room, the pool, and the staff gave us an early check-in which was appreciated!

Cons:

Our floor was very noisy and we were in the room right in the middle of it. There were kids running up and down the halls for much of the day and into the night. We had to turn on a lot of white noise to drown it out.

It seemed like they maybe put all the bookings with kids on the same floor but we are quite rigid with our kids about being very quiet in hotels so it would have been nice to be in a quieter area.

Too expensive for what was provided
Pros:

Location was good.
Decent parking even when peak times.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and not enough space to sit etc.
Pool was on the colder side.
Room was ok lots of problems like stuff broken or not really finished.
No complimentary coffee like promised.
Very expensive.
