Comfortable Hotel in a Super Location
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from both Michigan Ave and the Loop. There is a tremendous range of eating choices from fast food to very high end dining within easy walking distance. The hotel is right over an El stop and across the street from a large grocery store. Rooms are clean and quiet. Eachas a fridge, microwave and safe. When my fridge malfunctioned someone was there to fix it within ten minutes,

Cons:

Skip getting the “free breakfast” the food was low quality and there was a wait at busy times. There are many better breakfast options nearby, try Eataly for a treat.

When my flight got delayed and I needed to reach the hotel, I found out that Booking.com customer service was non-existent. There was no number to call and the online help was no help. Would think twice about booking through them again. When I did reach the hotel , they were very helpful.

Great downtown Chicago hotel!
Pros:

Great location, walkable to metra stations and red-line. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, even standard rooms have nice city views. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The $65 parking for overnight is ridiculous. The shower was run down and peeling, and our window had white streaks running down like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Cons:

Ficamos em um quarto com o ar condicionado MUITO barulhento, as vezes fazia tanto barulho que nao dava para dormir. A academia sem aparelhos, apenas esteiras e bike com pesos livres. sem muita opção. O banheiro vazava a agua do chuveiro.
