Will not go back - and will be careful to read your reviews.
Pros:

The breakfast was rubbery. they are supposed to be open from 6 to 10. One day they were not open by 6h20 and I had to leave to my meeting with no food, and the second day when I asked for food at 8 they said they were out.

Cons:

They also charged me over $100 extra (they say by mistake) from what bookings.com promised. I am still waiting for the refund which they promised.

המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי, החדרים מרווחים.

Cons:

פינת העישון מחוץ למלון הייתה מספר פעמים מלוכלכת ביקשתי מספר פעמים מהקבלה לנקות אותה.
עם ההגעה למלון צריך להפקיד 100 דולר ליום שמוחזרים בסוף האירוח. כדאי לציין זאת בבוקינג בעת הזמנת המלון.
אין מים חמים זמינים בכל שעות היום פרט לבוקר.
אין שירות ניקיון בחדרים בכל יום אלא פעם ביומיים וכשביקשתי מגבות פעם הביאו ופעם ביקשתי פעמיים ולא הביאו.

Muy bien. Con una excelente relación precio calidad servicio
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda éramos 3 y estábamos muy bien. La ubicación es ideal a pocos pasos de Michigan Av y de lugares para comer muy lindos. La vista daba a la ciudad y estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Que la limpieza y el recambio de toallas la tenias que reclamar cada día sino la hacían día por medio.
