Excelente
Pros:

Nice room and pool/gym but staff not very helpful

Pool and gym were good, room was spacious

Cons:

Staff weren’t very helpful, queued for ages when asking for extra cups for the room as there was only 2 when 4 people staying in the room. The lady on reception was helping people in the shop too which meant I waited 15 minutes to be served- very frustrating. Also on departure I asked about the price for staying the following week for 2 nights and they said they couldn’t give me a price.

Horrific hotel . Stay away.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I want a refund. N
Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

There was a loud horrific banging noise all night and my son and I did not sleep. We came to the city for one night and it was miserable. The staff didn't nothing except give me 10000 points. The hotel manager did nothing. I complained all night. It was horrible. Literally no sleep. No one responded to my messages through the night. Noise cancel headphones didn't work. On top of that it was old. Run down. Trash out side my room. And felt like bed bugs itching in the sheets . Can't prove it though. Absolutely horrific hotel stay. I want my money back

Great location!
Pros:

The room was clean, easy to use thermostat and curtains. It was quiet at nights. The room had enough toiletries and towels for the entire family.

Cons:

I did not like the carpet even though it was clean. Did not like that I had a hard time trying to get/login into wifi.

I have a hearing disability and I was told to turn my TV down i could not hear it. It was 11 am in the morning
