Pros:

El cuarto es suficiente para una estadia corta, la cama es comoda y estaba todo limpio. El desayuno se sirve en otra cafeteria, es un lugar agradable pero básico.
La zona es bastante movida y ruidosa de noche.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ethnic Thematic Hotel. The vibe is different from the typical tourist hotels—it feels cultural, colorful, and full of personality. The staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had that unique local touch that makes you feel like you’re actually in Cartagena, not just passing through. NO windows in our room...
Pros:

The room HAD NO WINDOWS. How is this even possible safety wise? Not even possible to know to time of day. Perfect location but stay away if you don't want a no window room. It was not mentioned in the room info. This is an issue. Personnel super friendly but the physical aspect of windowless rooms is not acceptable.

The hotel staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. From the balcony, you have a nice view of the action on the street near the clock. The locked door and camera seem to be helpful. The police are usually always in the area as well. I had a great visit and will stay again.

They are nice and location is great no problem first time I went there my room was very small I complain about it letting my room without no problem and they always smiling for the customer they are very nice it good place to stay clean and nice thanks I'm expecting to visit again at the same place
