Pros:

Очень уютный отель, брали номер люкс, как прекрасная 2х-комнатная квартира с большой спальней и гостиной с диваном, а также мини-кухней. Заселили рано (по приезду в 10 утра), номер был уже готов. Сотрудники отеля очень дружелюбные и стараются всем помочь.
Рецепшн расположен на 6м этаже отеля, там же проходят завтраки и по средам - бесплатные ужины (это правда!). На 6м этаже рядом с рестораном есть зоны с питьевой водой, где ее можно круглосуточно набирать в вашу тару, что очень удобно для гостей.
Завтраки сытные, много свежих фруктов, каша, омлет, картофель, мясные оладушки, йогурты, хлопья, в общем - голодными не останетесь.
Номер большой и по-домашнему уютный, на кухне большой холодильник, плита, микроволновка, много посуды и даже есть посудомоечная машина (капсулы для нее любезно оставляла горничная!).
В спальне большая и удобная постель и 2 больших телевизора (по одному в спальне и в гостиной).
Отель расположен близко в пешей доступности к золотой миле и к всем центральным достопримечательностям. Рядом с отелем находятся известный ресторан морских деликатесов, а также очень крупный супермаркет, где можно купить любые свежие продукты, а также великолепную готовую еду (брали там вкуснейшие и недорогие суши).
Еще одним плюсом отеля является крытый и обогреваемый бассейн с панорамным видом на Чикаго, а также тренажерный зал.
Отель пользуется большим спросим у семей с детьми.

Weekend in Chicago
Pros:

Had a weekend birthday celebration. There were 9 adults and 4 rooms. The building is unique in that the lobby is on the 6th floor. Check in wa easy and staff very friendly. It was winter so didn't venture out. However, the location was close to a lot of shopping, movie theater. Good choice for walking during other seasons.

Pros:

Me gustó la habitación, era como un pequeño departamento de 2 ambientes, el placard muy amplio y en general buen tamaño de la habitación con todas las comodidades. La limpieza no era diaria pero había suficientes toallas y si no podías solicitarlas en el front desk . Buen desayuno, no un 10 pero si un 8 !! No pagamos por habitación con vistas pero tenía una hermosa vista. Muchas gracias!

I didn't like that the police was called with no warning on my kids for false complaints and we was put out our rooms late night my kids is traumatized we was humiliated for no real reason and we was in the cold lobby after they just got out the pool and after hearing the real truth from security and I they gave us our room back hours later my kids fun was cut short it was my daughter 10 birthday and the supervisor made false allegations against us I did not enjoy my stay and feel like I waist my money we did not get the experience we were expecting

Pros:

どこに行くにも便利なロケーション。
広い部屋、広いベッド。キッチン完備。
宿泊客は､ほとんどが家族連れで、アットホームな雰囲気。
スタッフは総じてフレンドリー。

Cons:

プライバシーを重んじる､という理由で、housekeepingは､リクエストしない限り全くなしで、新しいタオルやトイレットペーパーなど、必要になったら頼めば持ってきてくれる、ということになってはいるのだが、実際にはフロントまで自分で取りに行くしかないし、結局のところ毎日のhousekeepingを頼まないとゴミも片付けてもらえない。そのせいか、前の宿泊者の出したゴミが（見えにくいところではあったが）片付けられずに残っていた。やはり、2､3日に一度のhousekeepingは必要不可欠とつくづく感じた。

Pros:

Very friendly staff and excellent hosts. Good variety if fruit, bread, cereals and hot food on display that gave options. Particularly good that it changed each day

Waffle mix was a great idea

Cons:

Not a fan of cheese in eggs or tatter tots. Cultural difference perhaps between using whipped cream although it tasted the same.
