The stay was pretty good overall
Pros:

Their breakfast & pool was amazing. Also the staff was really nice.

Cons:

The room furniture was scratched up also the couch bed mattress was horrible it needed to be replaced

Great location and friendly staff. Room not particularly clean and breakfast very busy but overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel and our room wasn’t particularly clean, and housekeeping wasn’t carried out unless we specifically requested it. Breakfast was okay, but it was very busy each morning, and the seating area was limited, making it difficult to find a table.

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación con todo lo necesario, en mi caso, que tenia cocina. Piso alto, hermosa vista. Y muy buen trato de su personal.

Cons:

El desayuno está bien, pero podría mejorar un poco en la variedad de algunas cosas. Eso si, el personal que estaba atendiendo en el desayuno, excelente trato y servicio.

We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we stay in Chicago.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful! My accessible room was wonderful! The location of the hotel relative to Navy Pier was nice as well. The valet parking was also very nice.

Cons:

My only two issues were the location of the shampoo and soap in the accessible roll-in shower - it was behind the shower chair and very hard to reach. I'm paralyzed from the waist down and unable to turn at all. And second, there is no handicapped drop-off spot for the valet parking. I had to put my wheelchair chair partially on the curb which made it rather scary transferring from the car to my wheelchair.

Affordable Family Option but Check Your Invoice if You Valet
Pros:

We came for a quick overnight to meet some friends. The location is great and walkable to all Chicago has to offer. The rooms themselves were decent and we upgraded to a corner suite. The price was affordable for summer in Chicago. The area in the lobby is fine to hang out for a bit, but there's not a bar or anything to hang out at. While you couldn't hear other rooms, the outside noise was pretty loud in the morning, but to be expected. My kids used the pool which has a nice view, but got really busy later in the evening. The free breakfast was an added perk. We weren't in need of anything other than valet and bag storage the next day. Valet takes a while, but we were able to leave our car until after checkout which was nice. I did happen to look at my folio, which I hardly ever do, and was charged twice for valet parking, which is obviously not cheap. Unfortunately I am still waiting back to hear from the hotel and or valet service. I spoke with the front desk who told me valet is valid until 5 (valet told me 6), which doesn't actually matter either way because we got our car at 3pm. I understand this is likely a contracted company, but being charged twice really put a bad taste in my mouth. I am hoping this gets resolved, as I would likely have left a 5 star review.

Ótima localização!
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé! O quarto é espaçoso, ótimo para acomodar as malas e roupas.
A cama era super confortável!

Cons:

Pouca opção no café da manhã, o chuveiro dentro da banheira e a cortina de plástico não era legal e a limpeza era OK mas poderia ser melhor!
As recepcionistas também não foram simpáticas.
