The staff when we checked in were amazing. they were friendly and helped us figure out how to use the ap on our phone. they answered our questions and were polite and sincere.

Cons:

The clerk Jessica when we checked out. Jessica was rude, disrespectful and placed us in a room with a crappy view for the one extended day we asked for at your facility. Waste of money and should have gone somewhere else or just gone home.

Great location, room was just okay.
Pros:

we really loved the location. the proximity to everything on mag mile was great. we also enjoyed the suite style of the room and it worked well for our family.

Cons:

our room was relatively clean, but unfortunately someone left a bunch of gross dried contact lenses in our room above our head board. it just made me wonder if the staff had attention to detail in other areas of cleaning. they did come remove them for us, but for our inconvenience the only offered us $25 worth of points which just felt like not enough to be honest.

Very clean motel

Cons:

Paid extra for a room with city view and all you got to see was a rooftop of building next to it. Added an additional night to our week long stay and was unable to remain in the same room we had already been in. The room we were moved to was a huge disappointment. Jessica the lady that moved us was the first angry and rude employee we met during our 5 day stay. Glad we had a much better experience prior to this or we probably would not have chosen to stay extra.
