il n'y a pas de voiturier ni parking. la salle de sport est vraiment minable. hotel très sombre. prix très cher considérant le niveau de service et de l'hotel.

Their was a small stain on the blankets and the bathroom corners where a tad dusty but that's being nit picky.

Water pressure was bad. No fridge for food storage or plugs on one side of bed.

The lobby was gorgeous, it’s what sold me on booking a stay here to celebrate my 40th.
The room wasn’t quite big but it served its purpose, the bathroom was super small but again it worked.. the one thing I didn’t like was that I could hear the guests in the room next to us.. no soundproofing at all.. :(

The location is great!
The shower is really weak and the staff forgot to make my room during the day and when I request for my room to be made the cleaner took an hour to arrive. I was so tired that I want to shower and sleep but I can’t because I had to wait for the cleaner. When I ask the front desk for an estimate they just rudely brush me off saying they don’t know and that I should go out and do something else. The fact that they didn’t even try to find an estimate is really unprofessional.
