Really nice hotel, clean, friendly, and close to everything
Pros:

It was close to Union Station, It is a beautiful hotel , we had a very large room. The host was nice and pleasant. Free coffee or tea in the morning.

Cons:

Hearing the the tram car go by, didn’t bother me after I fell asleep.

Enjoyable stay without any major issues.
Pros:

The breakfast and service were excellent. However, the breakfast room was rather small. The hotel was walking distance from the City Centre, which made it attractive to me.

The small size of room for breakfast.

Good location, but a little lacking
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

No fridge, no microwave or water heater. Breakfast was expensive even with the voucher and not good at all, greasy and fried. Shower pressure was awful and water temp not regulated

It was listed that they had parking. They don't tell you that they send you to the nearest public parking charging $65 for overnight stays.
