The room was nice and clean and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.
The parking was a little hectic but it’s downtown so nothing can be done about that.

Proximity to the Elevated tracks made for high noise level. Missed having coffee in room instead of having to trek to lobby in AM
Tolle Lage direkt im Loop in Chicago, ideal für Erkundungen. Die Lobby ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Check-in unkompliziert und das Personal durchweg freundlich. Der Fitnessbereich ist solide ausgestattet.
Morgens gibt es kostenlose Warmgetränke an der Bar – ein nettes Extra. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und leicht veraltet, aber insgesamt gut in Schuss.
The location was very ideal. We took the blue line from O’Hare and the walk was about 5 minutes from the METRA.
I didn’t like that there was a shared microwave. There weren’t any microwaves in the room, only one microwave next to the ice machine for everyone to share.

Location was great. Right next to a train stop. Walking distance to sears tower, art museum. Staff was nice.
Our air conditioner/swamp cooler unit was running when we came in. And it made the carpet around the unit very wet. When I took my shoes off it made my feet and socks wet. We turned it off for the majority of our trip due to wet carpet.
