Recomendable!
Pros:

El personal, sobre todo Gustavo que siempre estuvo bien predispuesto a que estemos a gusto todo el tiempo.
No nos funcionaba el aire de la habitación y sin dudar nos dio otra. La ubicación también es muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno. Poca variedad.
Huevo o sándwich. Cuesta encontrar un buen desayuno… algún croissant, budincito, algún panificado… agregar yogurt para cambiar un poco…

Very enjoyable stay in Santa Marta
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very accommodating. Breakfast was great fresh fruit daily, very friendly staff.

Cons:

My last night the water was not running, but it eventually was fine the next morning during check. I will have to be frank here, I stayed in room 303 room was very comfortable but I think this more of an annoyance there was a dog barking the entire night on my last day. I hardly slept but this is not in the hotel property more of a neighbor’s dog. Property was in the smack of the central area so restaurants are a short walk.

Struttura consigliata
Pros:

Struttura in pieno centro storico comoda per qualsiasi tipo di escursione. Stanza grande e pulita con balcone. Buona colazione colombiana. Staff gentile e disponibile. Piscina carina anche se molto piccolina. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e consentito una doccia di cortesia a fine giornata!

Cons:

Il condizionatore non funzionava molto bene e la doccia non aveva un getto perfetto.

Una delusione!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione.
Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere triple, poi ci ha chiamato la struttura e ci ha chiesto se poteva darci una camera superior al posto di una tripla, e noi abbiamo accettato visto che eravamo in 5. La camera doppia superior era spaziosa

Cons:

La camera tripla era veramente piccola ed era impossibile aprire le valigie per prendere gli indumenti senza intralciare. Il climatizzatore puntava sui letti e anche alzando la temperatura si gelava.
Le scale. La struttura non è dotata di ascensore e le camere sono quasi tutte al primo e al secondo piano.
Ci siamo dovuto portare noi le valigie perché non c'era servizio di facchinaggio.
La pulizia. La struttura era dotata di un terrazzo ma l'ultima rampa di scale per raggiungere il terrazzo era piena di escrementi di uccelli. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma nessuna azione di pulizia è stata intrapresa per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
Il terrazzo non è mai stato pulito! C'erano mozziconi negli angoli e bottiglie e lattine di birre sui tavoli che sono rimaste lì per tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Nella camera doppia è finito il sapone, per segnalarlo alla signora delle pulizie l'ho messo sul lavandino, ma al ritorno in camera anche se il lavandino era stato pulito il dispenser del sapone era ancora vuoto, meno male che avevo una saponetta nel mio beauty case!
