Late check in Noone was at the desk.. Couldn't check in. Then at 530 am was told that my reservation was canceled. No refund

Outside area was old, paint chipping, debris lying around, loud neighbors upstairs and next door until early morning hours. Sketchy people walking around the parking lot all night

Broken lights on 2nd floor to exit and down steps. Was pet friendly, but area to use was miniscule and no lighting at night.

Incredible staff, water needs to be hotter in the shower and futon style needs to go ASAP!

The property is right on the beach and close to all
Of the local restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The room had a futon style couch in it. It was not comfortable to sit on and sleeping on it…impossible!
The shower was Luke warm at its hottest setting.

While the room itself wasnt much, the view was fantastic. Honestly, for the price, it was decent.
