I hosted two customers at the Crescent Court, and met them there for a business meeting and drinks before dinner. The venue, from doorman arrival to departure, was exquisite! Elegance throughout and thoughtful touches everywhere, from the fresh flowers to the many fresh faces of welcome!
Location is perfect. Nice lobby and great fitness center - the staff is superb.
In general the hotel is 4 star at best and for the price definitely lacked some basics.
The staff is not very warm and welcoming, there were a few times they did say hello and were pleasant. I was with my dog so could not use the revolving door and rarely received assistance with a very heavy door.
The room was set up for one person which was OK because I’m only one person, but it was lacking Nespresso pods water for the coffee maker and extra blanket blankets.
The first day I had to call housekeeping several times and then I needed to call on an almost daily basis for something.
The last day I needed some ice, washcloths and bottled water. I had to call room service for the ice and a separate call to housekeeping for water and washcloths. Housekeeping never delivered the items. Every day I had to call for Nespresso pods.
I was traveling with a dog which was on the reservation. Passed stays at hotel not nearly as nice have a dog bowl and sometimes a dog bed waiting for us. This had nothing.
So while none of these items are overly terrible it’s not a five star experience.
I think this is more of a business hotel.
Great hotel......the rooms, service, fitness center, restaurants, are unmatched. The people who work at the hotel are great.
I wanted to share feedback from my recent stay. First, I want to recognize your valet team, front desk staff, and bellman, all of whom provided truly superior service. They were professional, welcoming, and made an excellent impression throughout my visit.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not reflect the level of quality I expected for such an expensive stay. The curtains were filthy, the walls had noticeable scuffs and dirt, and both the hallway entry door and the French doors to the pool were broken and difficult to close and lock properly. I had to manipulate them just to get them secured. The room also remained very hot despite lowering the thermostat as much as possible.
In addition, the in-room phone appeared extremely outdated and did not function properly, and the bathroom had several maintenance concerns, including a rickety shower floor and chips in the mirror. Overall, the room felt dirty, worn, and badly in need of updating.
My suggestion would be to invest in more thorough room inspections, deeper cleaning, and updated maintenance and technology so the guest room experience better matches the outstanding service provided by your staff. If these issues are not addressed, I also believe the room pricing should better reflect the actual condition of the accommodations, because guests should not be paying nearly $2,000 for a room that feels outdated, poorly maintained, and below the standard your hotel presents.
The location made it very easy to access great restaurants near by
The Hotel Crescent Court is a beautiful hotel. The whole space is very modern, elegant, and very clean. The service was outstanding. I will be coming back.
Friendly, great room, great Amenities (love bobbi brown!)
I am fortunate to visit this property for 4 days at a time a couple times a year. It’s perfect, service, location, etc . Can’t lose here , I’d live there if I could!
Everything deserves 5/5! Absolutely amazing pool area, friendly staff and nobu in the same building. Amazing
Everything was wonderful! I've stayed in all the best hotels in the area and this one was the best!!
I only would have requested a heavier blanket on my bed!
Broken light bulbs, loud construction noises that start at midnight in the hotel’s kitchen and continue until morning and you hear it all in your rooms, blankets don’t get delivered, and overcharged for items not consumed. No one apologies, no one follows through. There are other hotels in the area more responsive and also more reasonably priced. I have this hotel a chance twice this month but won’t be staying again.
We recently stayed at Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas and overall had a very good experience.
The standout here is the service. From the front door team to check-in to the maintenance staff, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and efficient. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entire property feels exceptionally clean and well cared for. Breakfast was next level - not just the food, but the polite and attentive service every single morning.
We also enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa. The facilities themselves are excellent, and as hotel guests we had access to the sauna, steam room, etc., which we highly recommend. It’s a nice (albeit slightly small) space and a great way to spend a few hours. That said, the treatment pricing is unquestionably steep, and the automatic 23% service charge (gratuity) added on top of already elevated prices makes for a pretty eye-watering final bill.
We did run into a couple of frustrations. Our room (240) was unfortunately located next to a staff/service elevator area, which meant noticeable noise throughout the night. For a hotel at this level, uninterrupted sleep should be a given. Our air conditioning was also not working, but to their credit, one quick call had it fixed within 20 minutes - impressive response time. And the maintenance guy was super friendly.
The bigger issue for us was the overall pricing structure. The hotel clearly caters to business travelers where expense accounts soften the blow. $10 coffee and $70 overnight parking add up quickly. And don't forget the $40 nightly "destination fee". It gives the impression that maximizing guest spend is a priority, which can take away from what is otherwise a luxury experience.
The room itself was extremely clean, though we found ourselves requesting additional towels and toilet paper almost daily, which felt a bit surprising at this tier.
In summary: beautiful property, truly five-star staff, excellent spa facilities and breakfast - but the value equation and room placement kept this from being a full five stars for us.
We’d consider staying again, but likely with a specific room request and a clearer understanding of the on-site costs.
Hotel Crescent Court is a beautiful property, with an amazing staff. Everyone takes great care to anticipate and care about your needs. Can’t wait for another stay.
Terrible customer service, I had to cancel because of an ice storm and still gouged me for all they could. Would never stay at this place again.
Beautiful venue, staff is on top of things, professional, patient, knowledgeable! Rooms are lovely, meeting space was gorgeous and functional. Food was delicious, IT staff had everything set up early and it was quick to connect. I would definitely return for business or personal stay!
This has nothing to do with a stay or reservation. I parked in the garage for dinner at Moxies, a restaurant in the hotel. Advertised as parking for retail and free with validation, we got our ticket validated after dinner. It wouldn’t scan our ticket and after speaking with an attendant, we went back up to try validating again. It didn’t work again and so we spoke to another attendant who was completely useless in resolving the situation and didn’t do a thing so we had to pay.
