Un hotel muy bonito y cómodo
Perhaps we got ripped because of the world
Cup, but its definitively not a 1k a night hotel. Its doesnt come even close to that. So either they are scammers or they believe they play in a different league.
The lobby looks like a warehouse, elevators took forever even when they are 4 floors, the door of the room had a malfunction that i reported the first day and was never repaired (in 6 days). The bathroom didnt have handheld shower and the shower leaked all over cause the doors didnt have any kind of seal. The main lamp of the room didnt work. There is no switch at the side of the bed, so to turn on/off the light you need to stand. The plug on the side of the bed is an alarm clock, that every time i plugged my phone i activated the alarm at 6am…
There was no ashtray at the door, so it was full of cigarette butts in the entrance, which they never bother to pick.
The “bar” was part of the lobby. So zero privacy for customer that wanted to use the bar and for those who wanted to be at the lobby without the fuzz of the bar.
I sent, via booking, at least three messages weeks before arrival. They never answered one.
Nobu…. I know this restaurant offers different quality depending on which city they are, but this one is quite at the bottom. The worst omakase experience i ever had. The sushi tasted an looked as it was prepared days ago and then refrigerated…. Plastic.
And many other details that changes de experience. Whoever stayed at real luxury 5 star will understand what im saying as soon as you see the main door.
In my opinion, is a 4 star with a 7 score.
Our stay at Crescent Court was wonderful. The hotel is lovely and is conveniently located to fabulous restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel staff worked hard to accommodate an early check in for us. Valet parking was convenient and the staff was courteous and timely in their responsiveness. Our room was cleaned daily without our request. I will make this my go to hotel anytime I am in Dallas.

Staff attitudes
Visited the spa and it was impeccable. Wonderful service, clean, relaxing and excellent massage! Valet was easy and prompt.
Overall, excellent hotel
1. you should offer hot water/tea kettles. Just because it's texas, it doesn't mean there aren't tea-only drinkers; fine hotels in NY, LA, Chicago, Europe, Asia etc provide this. And, good tea
2. The food was fine, but at breakfast, the wait staff was disarmed about making tea, and then made and served tea that you could read the newspaper through. It resembled lemonade more than Breakfast tea.
You might imagine how disappointed your guests would be if the breakfast coffee was this poor.
Outstanding staff
Way overpriced. Aside from being large, there was nothing particularly luxurious about the room to justify the price point.
Elegant and top notch finishings throughout.
Very expensive.
The hotel and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Beyond expectations. The food and drinks were outstanding. The employees are all very courteous and always happy to help with any need you might have. I recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Dallas.
Beautiful and inviting lobby. Comfortable rooms. The friendliest staff! I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Crescent Court.
This hotel was exceptional across the board! Every single staff member was beyond helpful, friendly and kind. They all had great recommendations if we needed them and were very attentive. The spa was phenomenal and one of the best massages I’ve had. I will be back for sure!
From the pleasant and courteous hotel staff greeting, to the luxurious lobby, to the quiet room and comfortable bed, this was an all-round impressive hotel.
Really nice spacious rooms. However could hear neighbors so isolating was poor
It was more the staff that in general were unpleasant and undertrained
This hotel is Crim dela Crim! From the treatment at the front door, to the luxury feel in the rooms I always look forward to staying!
