It’s a crap hole!!
Pros:

The property maintenance is heavily deferred and problematic. We had huge problems getting hot water for showers. The wall coverings, floor coverings, and even doors are compromised. Doors do not have all locks working. Place is literally falling apart. They had limit linen. The AC barely worked and never shut off. This should not have any brand name attached because it is a very poor place. When matters were raised to the manager, he just said it just has to be accepted. It is not safe to be there. Even had a security guard in the lobby.

Cons:

Everything!!! It’s a terrible place run by poor people.

Do surprise inspection.
