Bad area, not well maintained, not clean, not at all worth the price.

Did not eat here, left as fast as we could.

We got in after 8:00 pm and was ignored by the woman at the front desk for about five minutes while she was on the phone. Our hotel room was not well kept, there was heavy rust on all the metal fixtures and the paper frames on the artwork were all torn up and falling apart, not a big deal but shows they are obviously not concerned with appearances. My guess is the room was in that state because it was so close to the pool, so maybe other rooms would be better. There was hairs in the sheets so I don't think they had been washed, and my husband found cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning, so we had to throw many of our toiletries away. There was a huge security light outside the window and the pull down blinds made it so that you could not block it completely so our room was crazy bright when we were trying to sleep. The beds were at least comfortable and the AC was working great so that was a plus at least. Was not located in a safe area, so I definitely would not recommend this place for families. Way too expensive for what you get.

Cons:

There was no hot water for the entire stay and the water pressure was barely above a trickle. There was no ice on the second floor so you have to go all the way to the lobby for ice.

I repeatedly advised staff that the refrigerator didn't work, and the issue was never resolved.

The mattress was hard, very uncomfortable.

There was no breakfast to be honest, but overall I dont really have any complaints. So good job

How they tested the alarm systems randomly and had to come in to check when it could of been done way earlier

Cheap good hotel with luke warm water. Did the trick. Not luxury!

I would probably look for a nicer hotel in a much better area next time
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Front desk lady was nice.

Cons:

The neighborhood was run down and so was the facilities. The room was old and not very clean. We were on the third floor and the weed smell was so strong we could smell it in our room. Looked like prostitutes on the floor as well. The ac barely blew and the room was warm and humid. It did not look like the photos they advertised with.

Pros:

The breakfast area was clean and stocked.

Cons:

The outside had trash throughout the parking lot including a Beer Box that was there the whole time. It was Never removed before I departed.
The inside of the hotel room had to much Srpay in the room to cover up the Smoke smell, in s Non smoking room.
