Great Hotel. Lindsey was awesome.
Pros:

This place was great. Lindsey was an awesome host. Took care of everything without hesitation. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Thank you @Lindsey fir making a memorable experience. Highly recommend.

Pros:

A special thank you to Jose at the bar—his service was top-notch, friendly, and attentive, making every visit a great experience. Estephanie at breakfast was just as incredible, starting each morning with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.big shout out to Jon Mikal , Shanoe, Karissa, Lindsey, ceaser and Fernando. also stood out for their exceptional customer service—they truly made a lasting impression with their kindness and willingness to help with anything I needed.

It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers this level of hospitality across the board. The service alone is enough to bring me back. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff!

Amazing
Pros:

My husband and I had an amazing time at the business conference. The stay was absolutely wonderful—from the front desk service to the food experience, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Fernando, who was an outstanding waiter. His kindness and attentiveness truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We felt so well taken care of! Oh and the hot cookies was delicious 😋😊👌🏾

An underwhelming experience of a Doubletree location and did not live up to my expectations in terms of the price range.
Pros:

Enjoyed that it was centrally located to where I planned out for my trip. The staff were all very kind and professional

Cons:

The pool was extremely cold to swim in even in hot weather and the room was much smaller than I had anticipated based on the provided photos. The balcony that I paid extra for did not have the promised “nice city views” that I had expected.

Amazing Customer Service
Pros:

Hospitality is amazing and they are all friendly and ready to serve you. I am a regular who stays at the hotel regular and can't say enough about two specific people Fernando and Devin. Both are professional and friendly. I know because of them I am a regular guest.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree Dallas – Market Center. Traveling here from Ukraine takes nearly 48 hours because there is no commercial air traffic due to the war, so we have to fly out through neighboring countries like Poland. By the time I arrived, I was completely jet-lagged and exhausted, but the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very reassuring after such a long journey.

In the morning, Fernando and Ana served us a delightful breakfast and went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Their hospitality really set a positive tone for the day. The whole team made me feel genuinely welcome, and the experience was far beyond what I expected after such a long trip.

Highly recommend the DoubleTree Dallas – Market Center for their excellent service and wonderful staff.

Pros:

Cleanliness and the attentiveness of the stay. Love it! Front desk gurls were very nice. They both greeted, welcomed, even engaged with a friendly conversation.

Cons:

Checking out the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly, didn’t speak and was in her phone the entire time. I wanted to let her know I misplaced my watch but when I mentioned it she gave me a weird look. I left my name and number to notify me. Upon leaving I didn’t even get a “ have a good day: thank you for coming”. All in all I enjoyed my stay minus the parking and I found my watch.
