Lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and the room was fine.

Cons:

A bit more options and good coffee at breakfast would be nice. They should also offer free parking for guests.

Do not stay here !!!
Cons:

This hotel was just down right disappointing. No house keeping service was provided and when asked why, the staff reported they do not clean rooms until check out. Which I found very puzzling . Then on top of this there was no a/c in the room and we had to move rooms at 10:48 at night with two children . Then to make matters worst. House keeping decides to come barging into our room without knocking at 10:30 am , when my kids were changing their clothes. How ridiculous. Terrible location . Prostitution and drug deals at all hours of the day and night . Half naked people and at least 15 ems and cops at the hotel next door. Do not recommend at all !!!!

Awesome place, exactly the way it looks online and the staff was so friendly
Pros:

Exactly the way it looks online, very nice stay with welcoming staff at all hours.

Cons:

Everything was great! Only incredibly small hiccup was the conditioner not having been refilled but not a big deal at all.

Gratitude to the Doubletree Dallas Market Center
Pros:

The Doubletree Hotel Market Center has been our home away from home five times a year for the past three or so years. Our rooms are always clean and we find the hotel itself to be very safe. Each visit our special requests have been met to guarantee a comfortable stay. Many thanks to Lindsey for going above and beyond and for making each stay exceed our expectations. We are beyond grateful to her and the entire staff at the Doubletree

Pros:

The staff were so nice. The breakfast was really good, and we loved the waffles, and we had made to order omelets. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast crew really made us feel welcomed.
Also, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit dated and the room was small but clean.

Pros:

They had a balcony.

Cons:

I didn't like that you're not allowed to smoke. I think there should be permission to at least smoke on the balcony. Also, I wish there were chairs on the balcony, so I could rest and relax after a long day of tourism. Regardless, it was still a breath taking view.
