Pros:

Saubere Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, super für eine Nacht bei Ankunft oder Abflug

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur schwarzen Kaffee serviert. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Andere Kaffeearten kosten einen Aufpreis. Zu kleiner Pool mit wenig Liegeflächen

A convenient stay near Cancun airport
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and staff friendly. Breakfast selections were plentiful and varied and the food tasty. The hotel is located across from an outstanding outlet mall featuring haute couture shops and many restaurants. It’s also less expensive than other hotels nearby.

Cons:

Although we’d booked a double room, the amenities were for just one person. I had to track down a housekeeper and ask for extra towels, coffee pods, and water.

A very European-style hotel in Cancun
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was amazing! Although the shuttle area at the airport was a complete zoo, our driver found us and was very helpful. The hotel was only about a mile from the airport, so a short ride.

Cons:

Although we had a room with 2 beds, the room had amenities for only 1 person. 1 coffee pod, 1 tea bag, 1 set of towels. Strange!

It was ok but cannot open the window even slightly, sealed shut, no fresh air as extremely scary.
