Très bien pour une nuit après votre vol.
Pros:

Chambre moderne et confortable. Parfait pour une nuit avant ou après un vol car proche de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.

Pros:

Going in and out through Cancún, we tried two different airport hotels. This one was as comfortable as expected and the breakfast was excellent. We especially looked for a lobby area to hang out and spend some hours before our flight - there was a mid-sized room that served this need. The free hotel shuttle here was easier to reach than with the other hotel.

Cons:

The pool was being remodeled during our stay, we would have liked to use it. But that's obviously just a temporary thing.

For a short stay in Cancun to visit Chichen itza, it worked out well. Location, quality, and staff are excellent.

Cons:

Wish I knew this hotel has free airport shuttle earlier. The taxi at Cancun Airport charge a ton for short ride.

Great one night stay
Pros:

Avani Cancun location was so convenient for a one night stay . My flight was at night and I wanted an accommodation near airport and this was the best. Its location near the outlet mall is a plus as you can access it through a gate right in-front of the hotel. The hotel was clean and reception was nice.

Refused accommodation despite confirmed reservation
Cons:

Arrived at 1:37 AM, exhausted, with infant in arms, a confirmed Booking.com reservation, and prior written confirmation from hotel management.

Front desk stated there was no availability and refused accommodation. Our family had to self-relocate late at night, eventually checking into another hotel at 2:40 AM after arranging transportation ourselves.

Booking.com later reimbursed our transportation costs, confirming the accommodation was unable to host us.

Very poor operational reliability, especially for an airport hotel where guests often arrive late at night.
