Estuvimos el finde del 07/02/26 .exelente todo !! Una maravilla el parque ,las 2 piletas, la barra para tomar y comer lo que quieras a toda h !! Podes hacerte un asadito !!! Xq también tiene asador , el desayuno lo más y la habitación! El personal !! Una maravilla !!! Será mi hotel en Carlos Paz !!! Gracias !!

Cons:

Se contrató suite con 2 dormitorios y no estaba habilitada, y se nos reinicio en una de 1 dormitorio q quedó chica para 5 personas. En un piso 2 sin ascensor y sin aclaración de este tema en la publicación

Lamentablemente aunque me había gustado el lugar en fotos y Booking había tomado la reserva por una noche, me llega un mensaje del hotel informando que en temporada no funcionaba de ese modo. Me parece inadecuado que la plataforma tome la reserva no atendiendo las condiciones del hotel.

El desayuno muy bien .
El personal muy bien predispuesto a solucionar varios inconvenientes.

Cons:

Acordamos horario de check in a las 15 hs, llegué y no estaba lista la habitación. La misma que me asignaran NO era lo que yo reservé. Luego de reclamar y abonando una diferencia me cambiaron a la habitación de la reserva ( no debiera haber pagado nada, ya que la publicación tenía fotos mezcladas) La info no era clara.

Pros:

Bueno compré por booking gran error abone aprox un millón y el hotel no era lo que parecía solo tenía una pileta afuera. El desayuno un asco pura bollería tostadas secas de pan viejo tortitas masitas. Café quemado o viejo. En la habitación había una cucaracha el baño cada vez q prendías la luz hacía un ruido de motor las luces no alumbraban nada. Tenía q pedir permiso para prender el aire el televisor salir a buscar controles, les mandabas mensajes preguntando por servicio a la habitación obviamente ni respondían. Para 300mil pesos estaba bien no más que eso!
